This short guide explains how to fix the problem with no enemies in game area.
It could be a bug linked to regional setting that suffered something similar in Tale of Immortal.
Just change your regional setting to Chinese or another.
Note: Changes need to be made to Windows.
This solved the issue (mainly Date/hour setting).
Note: Also it hepls when the bosses lose the hp bar as soon as you hit them for the first time.
