Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is a PlayStation action role-playing game that was developed and released by Konami. Toru Hagihara directed and produced the film, with Koji Igarashi serving as an associate director. It takes place four years after Castlevania: Rondo of Blood and is a direct successor to that game.
