The action of the tale takes place in Solistia, a location where an eastern and western landmass are separated by a body of water. It is a hectic time when massive ships travel congested sea lanes and new technologies are created thanks to the force of steam. Others are moved to weeping by conflict, the pandemic, and destitution, while some people get a pleasure from the dazzling personalities of the theater and industry.
