There are a total of three Dragons that you need to free for the “Dangerous Skies” trophy. To free them, you need to destroy the 3 shrines hidden around the area.

Dragons are not tracked as part of the completion percentage in each zone, but they freeing all of them unlocks the “Dangerous Skies” trophy and you’ll also get rare enchantments for freeing them.
