An guide with some of the secrets that I found. Be careful because this guide is spoiler heavy!
Puppers

There are currently 5 hidden Puppers in the game. If you find them, you will be able to pet them and increase your Pupper counter on the main screen.
As of now, getting Puppers has no impact on the game and you don’t unlock anything if you find them all.
Sticky Lessons
The 1st hidden Pupper is in Sticky Lessons, the 4th level of the game.
You can find it on the second screen. He is hidden in a secret area above the 1st floating sticky wall. There is a flower on the top of the screen. Jump on it to reveal an hidden sticky wall and the Pupper.
I’ve Got A Crush On You
The 2nd hidden Pupper is in I’ve Got A Crush On You, the 29th level of the game.
You can find it under the 1st checkpoint. Once you reached it, drop on the left and hug the wall to reveal a secret area with the Pupper.
Bolting Down!
The 3rd hidden Pupper is in Bolting Down, the 30th level of the game.
You can find it above the 1st checkpoint. However, you first need the Quintuple Jump power-up, which can be found later in the level. Once you get it, climb back using it, and use your 5 jumps above the 1st checkpoint to reveal a secret area with the Pupper.
Closing Time
The 4th hidden Pupper is in Closing Time, the 35th level of the game.
You can find it right at the start. Start climbing the sticky walls on the left, but instead of going for the arrows, jump across the gap to the right and jump again to reveal a secret area with the Pupper. You will have to clear a short platform section with a Unicorn and a few spike balls, though. Note that if you die after petting the Pupper, it will still be counted and you won’t have to do the area again.
Art Of The Sword
The 5th, and currently last hidden Pupper is in Art Of The Sword, the 46th level of the game.
You can find it at the end. Once you reach the exit portal, don’t jump in it, but instead jump and use your Air Sword ability to travel to the right. You will hit a wall and find the hidden Pupper on a platform. Jump and use your Air Sword again on the left to reach the exit portal.
Secret Exits
Secret exits are alternative exit portals that send you to different levels. They can be used to access end game levels from way earlier levels. For convenience, the last portals from the side level branches (3D effects and Doom levels) will be listed as secret exits, as they warp you into end game levels too.
In this section, the precise location of the secret exits will be tagged as spoiler in case you would want to find them by yourselves but still want to know which levels contain one.
Chill Cave
This secret exit is linked to Upward bound, skipping 6 levels.
The secret exit can be found right at the start. After spawning, go to the left and jump on the lower platform. This can be tricky as hitting the other platform make you lose your momentum and fall in the pit. To do this jump, slightly tap the Jump button at the edge of the platform.
Glitching Out!
This secret exit is linked to Santa’s Slay, skipping 24 levels. This is the secret exit which skips the largest amount of levels.
The secret exit can be found behind the normal exit. Instead of jumping in the 1st exit portal, climb on the platforms above it and continue until you see the 2nd exit portal.
Acid Sewers!
This secret exit is linked to Oh Dearie Me!, skipping 8 levels. However, to access it, you have to complete 2 optional levels, resulting in a skip of only 6 levels.
You need to complete the level normally to access this secret exit.
Doomed!
This secret exit is linked to Lava Pits, skipping… no level at all. In fact, going in either of the exit unlock both Groovin’ Again and Lava Pits. This secret exit only saves you the time it takes to go back to the menu to select Lava Pits manually, but even then it takes more time to find it than do select Lava Pits in the menu. This is the most useless secret exit.
The secret exit can be found in a small hidden room. To access it, go in the portal room and enter a hidden corridor on the right side. Fight your way through the enemies or run past them to find the exit at the end of the hidden corridor.
Abode of Flame
This secret exit is linked to Tentacles Galore, skipping 8 levels. However, to access it, you have to complete 4 optional levels, resulting in a skip of only 4 levels.
You need to complete the level normally to access this secret exit.
Groovin’ Again
This secret exit is linked to a short, unlisted level that I’ll call Welcome To The Jungle. It consists of one NPC telling a different joke each time you restart. It is directly linked to Tentacles Galore. Welcome To The Jungle is just a transition level with an easter-egg, so I won’t count it as an optional level. The secret exit results in a skip of 7 levels.
The secret exit can be found before the 3rd checkpoint, right after getting the Explosive Jump ability. Instead of continuing forward to the checkpoint, jump on top of the platform with the multiple NPCs and continue to the left. Once you reach the edge of that platform, the screen will shift to a secret area with the Quintuple Jump. Grab it and climb using your 5 jumps and the Explosive Jump. The secret exit is at the end of this section.
Hidden Coins Areas
Hidden coins area are secrets which cointain coins. They require you to go out of your way, often off-screen or inside what appeared to be a wall to be revealed.
In this section, the precise location of the hidden coins areas will be tagged as spoiler in case you would want to find them by yourselves but still want to know which levels contain one.
Dark Bargain
This hidden coins areas is linked to the achievement “Alles Klar!”.
To enter this secret area, go to the checkpoint before the Airsword ability, and drop on the ground on the right. Hug the lowest wall and do a small jump to reveal the secret area. This hidden coins area contains 27 coins.
Chill Cave
This hidden coins area is next to the secret exit portal. Please, refer to the appropriate section to get a walkthrough on how to get there. The screenshot doesn’t show the coins, but there are 10.
Sticky Lessons
This hidden coins area is next to the spawn portal. Go in the 1 block-wide gap on the left after spawning to reveal this secret underground. This hidden coins area contains 18 coins.
Note: 9 coins are missing from the screenshot.
Cave of Wonder
This hidden coins area is next to the spawn portal. Jump on a semi invisible platform on the lect to reveal this secret. Avoid the spike bars to collect the coins. This hidden coins area contains 35 coins.
Groovin’ Again
This hidden coins area is next to the secret exit portal. Please, refer to the appropriate section to get a walkthrough on how to get there. This hidden coins area contains 24 coins.
Sticky Ends
This hidden coins area is next to the spawn portal. Go on the left and jump on a tile of sticky wall to reveal it. This hidden coins area contains 22 coins.
Note: 1 coin is missing from the screenshot.
Sticky Remains
This hidden coins area is next to the spawn portal. Go on the right and fall down a 1 block-wide gap to reveal it. This hidden coins area contains 8 coins and the Double Jump ability to help with the “Magic Monk” achievement. The screenshot doesn’t show the coins.
Sticky Situation
This hidden coins area is next to the spawn portal. Directly after spawning, go slightly on the left to bounce on an arrow and get on a moving platform. Wait on the platform to reveal the secret area and use the Triple Jump to collect the coins. This hidden coins area contains 34 coins.
Art of The Sword
This hidden coins area is next to the hidden Pupper. Please, refer to the appropriate section to get a walkthrough on how to get there. This hidden coins area contains only 4 coins.
