I created this guide to help players find the best weapons and armor for their character build and followers early on in GreedFall.
All Armor Locations
Each Armor set has a specific endurance requirement from 0-5 to equip. So I have created a list below with the ‘best legendary armor set’ for each level of endurance that I recommend getting.
Warrior King Outfit
- Requirement: 0 Endurance
Part of this armor set (The Gauntlets and boots) can be acquired early on in your playthrough, the rest of the armor set will only be obtained after killing a Guardian which you can do a little bit later. It is however the best set in the game with no endurance requirement! It also has high magical resistance and poison resistance. I suggest giving it to your follower Siora if you do not plan on using it.

Merchant Prince’s Ceremonial Armor Set Location
- Requirement: 2 Endurance
This armor set can be acquired very early on in your playthrough, its located in Wenshaganaw ‘The Singing Waters’. It also has one of the highest armor values for such a low endurance requirement. Note that you can also sneak past the guardian to obtain the key.
Base Armor Values
- Cuirass: 108 65%
- Gauntlets: 42 25%
- Boots: 39 24%

Major’s Collared Doublet Set Location
- Requirement: 2 Endurance
This armor set is just flat out worse in every way than the Merchant Prince’s Ceremonial Armor Set, however it may still be worth picking it up for a follower who also has low endurance for them to wear.
Base Armor Values
- Cuirass: 96 60%
- Gauntlets: 30 25%
- Boots: 30 25%

Ceremonial Armor of Saint Matheus
- Requirement: 4 Endurance
This armor set is the best set obtainable at 4 endurance, it also boasts a very high magical resistance. You can also obtain it relatively early on in your playthrough if you focuse on Theleme faction questline at the start.
Base Armor Values
- Cuirass: 132 75%
- Gauntlets: 52 35%
- Boots: 56 36%
- Antique Cardinal’s Helmet 55 35%

Commander Armor Set
- Requirement: 5 Endurance
While this is the best armor set in the entire game in ONLY HAS +2 ARMOR MORE than the Ceremonial Armor of Saint Matheus, which is not really worth the additional +1 endurance required to equip it.
Also to obtain it you need to complete Kurts personal questline, you will then find the set at the warehouse of the Coin guard in a chest. This is rather annoying because you can only finish Kurts questline after completing certain main quests. Unfortunately this means you wont be able to access it early on in your playthrough anyway.

- Cuirass: 144 80%
- Gauntlets: 50 31%
- Boots: 48 30%
- Antique Cardinal’s Helmet 55 35%

I have ordered these legendary weapons in the order you can easily obtain them dureing your playthrough.
Light Flamberge
- Type: One Handed Blades
- Requirement: Agility 3
Stats:
- Physical Damage: 264
- Armor Damage: 13
- Stun: 95%
- Fury Gen: 8%

Scimitar
- Type: One Handed Blades
- Requirement: Agility 2
Base Stats:
- Physical Damage: 289
- Armor Damage: 14
- Stun: 100%
- Fury Gen: 5%
The Scimitar is easily the best one handed sword you can obtain early, however it does require 2 Vigor to obtain (see video for a full guide on how to do it with 1 vigor).
Hammer Of The Old Gods
- Type: One Handed Blunt
- Requirement: Strength 2
Stats:
- Physical Damage: 346
- Armor Damage: 39
- Stun: 240%
- Fury Gen: 5%

Great Honour Duel Flamberge
- Type: Two Handed Blades
- Requirement: Agility 3
Base Stats:
- Physical Damage: 341
- Armor Damage: 17
- Stun: 170%
- Fury Gen: 10%

Great Scythe
- Type: Two Handed Heavy Weapons
- Requirement: Strength 4
Sadly the great scythe is pritty bad for the investment of 4 strength and you can only get it around half way through the main quest line. But it looks very cool!
Base Stats:
- Physical Damage: 387
- Armor Damage: 22
- Stun: 150%
- Fury Gen: 11%
