How do I complete Destroy Lv.1 Shattered Skulls’ Fortresses or higher 3 time(s)?
To complete this quest, you need to destroy Shattered Skull Fortresses, not normal Shattered Skull units. You also need to be in an alliance, and one other player must join the rally.
- Switch to the map overview.
- You can switch by clicking the Map Icon in the bottom left.
- Zoom out and look for the Small Fortress. (Picture)
- Do not zoom out too much, or you won’t be able to see the icons anymore.
- Click on it, then press Rally.
- Select your Preparation Time.
- The more time you choose, the higher the chance that someone might join.
- Start the rally.
Done! Now just wait for the preparation time to end. If at least one other person has joined, it will start. If not, it will cancel. Repeat this 2 more times, and the quest will be completed.

What items can I use to move my city to a new place?
There are currently 3 different items that let you move your city to a new spot. You can buy them in the Trading Post or the Alliance Shop if you run out, but at the beginning you should already have some. Those items are stored in your Inventory under Item -> ETC.
Green: Random City Relocation
- Using this item will move your city to a random location in the area.
Blue: Territorial City Relocation
- Lets you relocate your city close to your alliance. It also works if the gates are closed, but it will not work if you move too far away from your alliance or if another alliance has claimed the territory or the base.
Purple: City Relocation
- Lets you move your city to a free spot on the map. Does not work outside your area if the gates are closed, or if another alliance has claimed the territory.

I want to move to a new location, but the gate is closed
When the gate is closed, you can’t move your city outside of the area you are in until it’s open. The gate will open when you reach a specific chapter in the Chronicle of Harmony. To see which one, go to your city and click on your Chronicle of Harmony Building, then search for the little Gate Icon.
The first gate chapter should be called Beehive Removal. However, if you are trying to move closer to your alliance, that is still possible under the right circumstances.
Those options will not work if the territory or the base around your alliance got claimed by another alliance.
Option 1: Relocate to your leader
- Click on Alliance
- Click the small Marker/Pin Icon in the top left.
- You should now be close to your leader or able to place your city on the map.
- If that doesn’t work, try another option.
Option 2: Territorial City Relocation
- Go to the spot you want your city to be.
- Has to be close to your alliance base/fortress and inside your alliance territory.
- Click on Item, then ETC and look for Territorial City Relocation
- It is a fortress with a blue background and orange arrows pointing in all four directions.
- Move your city to the spot you want to have it.
Option 3: No Alliance, just a new spot
- In that case, you could just look for an alliance that is in the area you want to move to, join them, try option 1 or 2, then leave again.
- After you are in the new area, you should be able to use City Relocation or Random City Relocation to move to a different spot in the new area.
- See the question above for information on the items.

No, there is currently no way to change the world. But, you have the option to create a new leader (not a new account) in the world you want to change to.
Your old progress is not lost, you can still play on that leader. You can have 2 in every world.
- Click on the Round Avatar/Picture in the top left, where your power is.
- Click on Settings
- Click Leaders Management
- Create a new leader and choose the world you want to play in.
Everything is separated from your other leaders, you have to earn/buy gems, etc. again.

Where do I find the world rankings?
- Click on the Round Avatar/Picture in the top left, where your power is.
- Click on Rankings.
I don’t have enough benders in my city?
That can have multiple reasons, the most common ones are:
- You lost all of your benders during a fight.
- You have 2 or more heroes of the same element, but not enough benders for both of them.
To solve that problem, you have to either:
- Train more benders.
- Take some benders from one hero and assign them to the other.
- I don’t recommend the second option, since it doesn’t change anything about the power during the fight.
