How to Get Each Achievement

All of the achievements except one are to reach a certain amount of score 100k and 50k and 300 combo.

50k and 100k for each blade/sword/character is pretty simple u get points that add up from keeling and getting through the waves and both achievements for each sword can be done in one run you will normally reach 100k score by the time you reach wave 42 (at least that’s what happened with me).

The order of swords i got the achievements was:

  • Aqua blade (was the easiest as the ability allows you to slow projectiles for a short time).
  • First blade (wasnt to bad as the ability allows you to dodge but finding the timing is hard).
  • Popsickle blade (the ability is helpful as it allows to freeze enemies around you but has small radius).
  • Rocket blade (was a little difficult as i had rarely used the ability as it damages everything around you including you so play through without an ability).
  • Stone blade (was the most difficult as it did less damage but had more starting health ability summons some rock that blocks projectiles but disappears quickly).

I used 1 build for all the swords as i found that the build i used was good for all sword. build image below.

There are two things u get to choose as you go through the waves one is the power ups which is at the lower center of the screen shot and the passives upgrades at each bottom corner of the screen shot.

The best and what i used power ups in my opinion are:

  • Lightning (damages near by enemies after a kill).
  • Target (increases crit chance).
  • Mushroom (gives a purple ring that does damage).
  • Saw blade (chance to spawn a moving saw blade after a kill.
  • Green cactis (gives u a catis that orbits around you and does damage).
  • You should prioritise getting the target up as it increases the crit damage.
  • And the saw blade as this has a chance to spawn after a kill (higher lvl higher spawn chance).
  • Make sure st the beginning of each wave you start at the center of the screen and the move to the side when you see the enemies charge there attack.

The best and what i used passive upgrades in my opinion are:

  • Garlic (lower enemies hp).
  • Halo (gives you a second chance).
  • Red flask (makes every hart u get heals 2 harts).
  • Apple (gives you 2 extra max harts).
  • Shield (orbits you and stop projectiles).
  • Bubble (makes you invincible for 10 secs).
  • Punching glove (gives you more damage for every 10 combo).

I suggest getting the garlic as early as possible as it will make your play through easier and the halo is an obvious as it will save your run once.

300 combo this happened naturally when trying to get a 100k achievement and there is a wave where all enemies are small, medium and moustache slims cant remember what wave but this is the best chance to get 300 combo and be sure to avoid getting hit as that will restart your combo.

  1. Good info.
My own strategy was to make use of the passive upgrade that gives a longer invulnerability window after taking damage such that if I were to take damage I could go crazy and take out the problem targets.
This combined with the one that gives increased damage at the start of a wave as well as the one that makes enemies take longer to attack at the start of a wave means you have a pretty solid window of attack without being too worried about hp.
