This is only possible on Carnage Stage 10.

Best way to do this is to Reincarnate, pump everything into Resistance, then put the Resistance Growth Evilties and level to 9999. The reason is that the amount of Class EXP you get is based on the % you heal, not the amount.

Now you want to get Tera Heal on everyone you want to Level Class (Skill Group allows you to transfer spells).

Increase the Range of Tera Heal to max.

Now, you set the CP to full Class Level. And put Class Increase Evilties into your characters. You can also do a Prinny Setup, but that requires DLC.

Now you can go to Carnage Stage 10, have a character clear everything besides the boss and then stack 9 units. The effect of the boss is to reduce everyone’s HP to 1. Now you can heal them and get the Class EXP. For me it’s around 5M Class EXP.
