1. Open steam and go to library.
2. Right click on the game and press properties.
3. Where it says launch options add:

-fullscreen

Full Resolution

1. Open steam go to library and open game properties.
2. Add these commands:

-w 2560 -h 1440

W stands for width and H for height, this different depending on your monitor resolution.

1920×1080 would be:

-w 1920 -h 1080
