Here’s what I’d say is close to optimal. This is assuming you have no SP or very little. Very few items required too. I’m also assuming this is on Challenge+ so you only have the first 4 skills unlocked + 3rd passive.

Round 1

Using athena, push her into flowers with those funny knockback grenades and burn her. Have Athena place down a cardboard cutout. I’m going assume you have no SP and can’t OTK. Everyone else just shoots.

Round 2

Use your taunt cutout and surround remaining areas without flowers with allies or deployables (scanners/turrets/barbed wire). Burn and shoot. Have athena spam grenades instead of shooting if you need extra damage.

Round 3 (sicko mode)

Use another taunt cutout. Surround area with deployables. Surround taunt with mines. I don’t know if she has a free action after dash, even if it ends on flowers. If jefuty has enough SP for ult or Steady Shot + support fire, should be able to kill. Have Mendo shoot first to trigger support fire. If support fire crits, her next normal does extra damage. Buff it with Steady Shot (does it stack multiplicative?) and use it.

Round 4

Athena taunt. Sac her if you need to. If you want, you can use that 1 hp damage bar but I don’t see a need to unless you would fail the bonus mission. There’s no way it takes more than 4 rounds. At all times, you can prethrow a smoke(?) grenade to lower her evasion.

No OP items needed, and if your turrets are dead, well didn’t need them anyways.
