I wanted to post something for anyone looking for the last few collectibles in Skate Heaven. I saved the screenshots for each location. I hope this helps some of you!
Skate Heaven: 1 Tape and 2 Wheels

The Tape is located at the very top of the stage in the giant SkateBIRD T-Shirt. You will need to grind up to the shirt using the paperclips attached up to it.
The first set of Wheels is located on a pillar going through one of the pizza box ramps. This is around the middle of the stage.
The last set of Wheels are hidden behind the Thrusher magazine in the screenshot. This is before you take the gold chains to the top of the stage; if you are looking at the tall tower, turn around and there will be the magazines.
