In Spells & Secrets, co-op gameplay is available through different methods depending on the platform you’re playing on.
Co-Op Function Explained
On Steam, co-op can be played using Steam Remote Play. This feature allows you to invite a friend to join your game remotely, even if they don’t own a copy of the game. It enables online co-op play through streaming, where your friend can control a character using their own input devices.
For local co-op on PC, two controllers are required to play together. Each player can use a separate controller to control their character in the game.
On the Nintendo Switch, local co-op is supported using one Nintendo Switch console. Each player can use a Joy-Con controller to play together.
It’s important to note that online co-op is not available in Spells & Secrets. This decision was made to avoid additional costs associated with online memberships on different platforms.
Please note that these co-op options may be subject to change, so it’s recommended to refer to the latest information provided by the game developers or check the game’s official documentation for any updates or specific requirements regarding co-op gameplay.
