Just right click to spray Rhok’zan at any point when she tries to flirt with you.

Lose the game and get a game over at any point.
The G.O.A.T
During the chapter 4 survival challenge, survive the 7 minutes without dying at all. You will know you died when your screen goes to static and the timer increases. Reload to the checkpoint if that happens.
Iron Cog
After eating the raw meat for the rotbloom ritual in chapter 1. Go to the room directly north of you and click on the big box right in front of you for a funny moment and this achievement.
Trigger Discipline
Near the end of chapter 1 on the route with nanni alive. When a mystery guest comes to the door (nanni), simply don’t swing at her with your guitar when the door opens.
Nope
Putting this on here but I’m not exactly sure it is missable depending on how the enemy encounters are programmed. When opening a door slowly while there is an enemy about, if you see them, close the door and back away. That should get you the achievement.
If any of these achievements don’t pop immediately. Pause, load a checkpoint at any section, then pause and quit main menu, then exit the game via the button. Achievements should pop then.
I tried redoing for the Trigger Discipline, but I still didn’t get it. I did use the guitar before she opened the door though, so that may have affected it. Will try again to get it.
Alright never mind, I just forgot to refresh my game’s page. Got the Trigger Discipline achievement when I didn’t accidentally hit her.
Thanks for the guide, I only missed Iron Cog and Trigger. I’m glad I got Nope in my first try with the finale.
