Feeling Stuck?

We created a tips guide that we encourage you to check out first. In our experience, most players are right there when they start hitting a block and just need to revisit their clues together or explore something they overlooked previously.

Still feeling stuck? We also made a solution guide.

The Lower Lab

Hint

Explore the lower area thoroughly to find instructions and components for using the cell-charging workstation. Also, there is a suspicious socket next to the basement door…

Solution

In the lower lab is a cell-charging workstation composed of glass beakers, a stone tablet, and a charging slot all wired together. Each player will find several cell recipes laying around the room, as well as empty cells to charge. Ingredients are located around the lower lab area and need to be placed into the slots on the charging apparatus that correspond with their symbol on the recipe.

Each recipe has a magical ingredient that is located in a secret room. To reveal the room, find the blue crystal in the upstairs office and place it into the slot to the right of the red basement door.

If you make some cells wrong, don’t worry, they’re reusable! See The Testing Chamber section to learn how to determine the correct recipes to make.

The Power Platform

Hint

The power draw is calculated based on other objects you’ll be configuring/making for overall puzzle; look carefully at other clues you’ve found to gather the values you need.

Solution

In the main chamber up on a platform is a spherical device with three numerical dials on it that provides power to the system. The correct power output is determined by adding up the Power Draw from all four correct cell recipes. See The Testing Chamber section to learn how to determine the correct recipes to make.

The Testing Chamber

Hint

Investigate the large machine in the middle of the main chamber and pay special attention to the power cells; what are the differences between the preset cells you find and the ones other players find?

Solution

In the middle of the main chamber is a large machine housing a purple obelisk shard and surrounded by four power cell slots. Each player has two populated slots and two empty slots. Compare the the colors, dot patterns, and location of the preset cells to figure out which power cells each player needs and where they go. Once you have this information you can help each other make the cells in the lower lab.

Once you have all four cells made and placed into the correct obelisk slots, and the power is set correctly, pull the lever on the control room panel to start the end sequence!
