Yes, even if you added BATTLE CRUSH to your Steam Wishlist before the pre-registration started, it will still be counted as participation, and you will be eligible to receive the pre-registration rewards.

How can I check the detailed information regarding Gleam Event?

If I no longer have access to the email address I used for pre-registration, can I still receive my rewards?

No, unfortunately, the rewards are sent to the email address used for pre-registration. If you can’t access that email, you won’t be able to receive the rewards.

When does the pre-registration period for BATTLE CRUSH end?

Pre-registration was open from Friday, June 7th at 10:00 AM KST until the start of Early Access on Thursday, June 27th. Make sure to register within this period to receive your exclusive benefits!

Is internet connection required to play BATTLE CRUSH?

To play BATTLE CRUSH, an internet connection is required.

Depending on your internet plan, you may incur charges for internet usage or mobile data usage.

The game crashes unexpectedly during gameplay

If you have experienced unexpected crashing of the game, please check the following:

PC

1. Firstly, ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements.
2. Update Windows and graphics card drivers to the latest version.
3. Right-click on BATTLE CRUSH in the Steam library, click Properties, and then proceed with the integrity check under the Local Files tab.
4. Completely uninstall BATTLE CRUSH and reinstall it, as this may help resolve the issue.

Mobile

1. Check if your network connection is stable.
2. Close all other apps running besides Battle Crush.
3. Deleting and reinstalling the BATTLE CRUSH app may also help resolve the issue.

Does BATTLE CRUSH support cross-play?

BATTLE CRUSH supports cross-play between PC (Steam), mobile (Android, iOS), and console (Nintendo Switch).

I want to allow/block push notifications, mic, and nearby devices from the game

BATTLE CRUSH requires the following permissions for optimal gameplay.

You can use the game even if you do not agree to the optional rights, and you can reset or revoke access permission after agreeing to the access rights.

How to Manage Permissions

• Android 6.0 and up: Settings > Application Management > BATTLE CRUSH > Select permission > Agree or withdraw access permission
• Under Android 6.0: Due to the nature of the operating system, it is impossible to revoke access depending on permission type unless you delete the app. We recommend that you upgrade your Android version.
