The Solution

Without any plot spoilers, at some point you will reach this puzzle – it contains five pillars and jumping Slimies. You have to pull the levers in a correct combination in order to complete this segment.

According to the book of Nubarron that’s available via the pause menu, the symbols on the pillars are numbers! Those are from left to right: 1, 15, 2, 8 and 35. However, the way Slimies jump seems to be random and doesn’t have anything to do with the pattern.

I tried selecting the levels from lowest number to largest – nope. Reverse – nope. Tried to figure out the pattern of the Slimies and select them that way – nothing.

I couldn’t mange to find a logical solution and had to brute force my way to the answer via trial and error. So I recorded myself just spamming the levers for five minutes until I got the answer.

It’s first two levers from the left and the last one on the right.

Yeah, no clue either why that’s the case.

  2. so by the time i reached this level i had 18 pages and i was SO SURE that i had to activate the first three levers because that equals 18. But no…
