Locations of Collectibles and Easter Eggs

There are total of 5 collectibles, and collecting each of them grants achievement.
They are located in Westfield, woods of Oakville, fields of Agricultar Zone, Industry zone and in the beach located next to the river.
All of them are marked in the map, and easiest paths to them are marked with red line.
The same map also shows locations of 5 different easter eggs (Mini Church, The Cabins, Old Saw, The Goat and Mountain Salad).
Some of them can be reached only on foot.
