This guide shows where to find all the costumes on the map. Common costumes can be found in many places, so only one example location is marked. If you don’t have all the costumes, try getting the driver and mechanic outfits first. Even though there are two mascot outfits, they count as the same costume. Moses Lee appears after the race ends.
