Complete versions of each ingame map, along with indicators for which rooms all of the health ups, cartridges, and abilities are located in.

All credit goes to lunacent!

There are a total of:

10 Health upgrades.
14 Cartridges.
8 Abilities (2 of which are acquired from Rebba in the Nexus for having certain numbers of cartridges).

Collecting all of these will give you 100% completion. It is not necessary to fill out the map or find the secret lore rooms; only the item pickups count for completion. All of the upgrades can (and must) be acquired before entering the final area, Laboratory.
