Held Items
Some less common held items can be particularly effective on specific Aniimo, depending on their playstyle and role.
Ferocious Fang, Gargantuan Horn, Spirited Feather, and Miraculous Fleece
These held items are relatively straightforward in their use.
Spirited Feather is useful on Regen Aniimo in general.
Heartseeker Pendant
After testing Prismana Fulmintis, Heartseeker Pendant appears to be better than Ferocious Fang when you have Dazmand.
Fission Needles
Fission Needles are suited to DPS Aniimo that need to spam their basic attack.
Potential users include:
- Stellarys
- Fenmane
Fission Needles are particularly worthwhile for Stellarys, which many players build around this playstyle.
Capacitous Battery
Capacitous Battery is suited to DPS Aniimo that need to alternate between their Ultimate and Skill or basic attacks.
Potential users include:
- Grizbo
- Infergon
- Sherro
It may also be useful on supports that need to repeatedly use their Ultimate for buffs.
Echoing Grimoire
Echoing Grimoire is suited to DPS Aniimo that need to repeatedly use the same Skill.
It works on Helion when repeatedly using Roar and EP, and doing so does not reset the stack.
Echoing Grimoire also works with Fulmintis, making it another solid choice. It may ultimately be worse than Heartseeker Pendant, but it can still be worth considering because the other two held items associated with it are not as highly sought after.
Echoing Grimoire provides Fission Needles and Spirited Feather. Both are considered solid held items, with Spirited Feather being useful for Regen Aniimo and Fission Needles being particularly useful for Stellarys.
Explosive Gloves
Explosive Gloves are particularly suited to Scorchhowl’s Sleeper Punch combo.
Avenging Gear
Avenging Gear is suited to Breaker Aniimo that need to tank damage in melee.
Potential users mentioned include:
- Magmarex
- Panpanta
- Helgon
Helgon is the main recommended use because its kit wants it to take damage to increase its Break, which makes Avenging Gear work naturally with the kit.
Auspicious Bell
Auspicious Bell is useful for supports that need to repeatedly use their Skill.
Potential users include:
- Melloblum after its Trait reduces its EP cost
- Turbo, whose Skill has 0 EP cost
Auspicious Bell can also work on Regen Aniimo because most Regen Aniimo have Skills with low or 0 EP costs. It provides less overall Regen than Spirited Feather but has the potential to recover additional EP.
Marching Flask
Marching Flask is suited to supports that need to move around or have healing-over-time effects. Healing ticks can trigger the item’s effect.
Potential users include:
- Leafy
- Dazmand when moving during its Ultimate
Heritage Amulet
Heritage Amulet is suited to supports that need to tank damage.
Tubster is the main potential user because of its damage reduction and shield. However, Gargantuan Horn may be preferable on Tubster for additional Break.
Heritage Amulet is particularly worth considering if you are investing into the Bird team, although Gargantuan Horn may still be preferred for the additional Break. Avenging Gear can also work in that context.
Lightning Needle
Lightning Needle is suited to Regen Aniimo that need to tank damage while waiting for their EP to regenerate because its effect only works while the Aniimo is on the field.
Besauce may be a potential user because it also scales with Lightning team buffs and debuffs.
Giant Tortoise Shell
Giant Tortoise Shell is suited to Regen Aniimo that need to tank damage while waiting for their EP to regenerate.
It can also be useful for tanky healers that scale with HP.
