Guide to Lightning Bat Summon Build

Character + Weapon Choice
- Vina + Staff of Thunder God (Strong Intelligence based Lightning Synergy and Summon Synergy Enhance tree).
- Stella + Bow of Summoner (Generalized Summon Enhance tree, less DPS than Vina but still provides a nice bonus to summons).
Skills
- Starting -> Lightning Bat.
- Grab in run – > Fire Dragon > Lightning Chain > Ice Element > Lightning Wave(or Lightning Serpent) > Pawn of the Lights.
- Event Duplication -> Duplicate Lightning Bat and replace Pawn of the Lights.
Notes
- Fire Dragon + Ice Element provide Summon tag to further buff Lightning Bat, while also being intelligence based.
- Pawn of the Lights is simply a placeholder that provides Summon tag until we replace it via Event for duplicating Lightning Bat.
- Lightning Chain provides lightning synergy progress, while also bringing Annihilate into the build, providing Crit Rate for Lightning Bat.
Lightning Wave provides Lightning Synergy progress, and Pierce synergy, providing Armor Piercing. (Serpent is just a solid DPS option you could also consider).

I opt for full Minion Attack CD % on Affix rolls due to the fact it’s in shorter supply than damage related stats, during the run you will find more sources of Damage related stats than you would Minion Attack CD, it also serves as a way to efficiently remove the 3x layers of immunity shield enemies get with Atonement 25 modifiers, this helps with early rooms to accelerate XP gain.
If Gift of the Gods give +5 Divinity for the day, replace Zombie Head with Manual of the Game and Magic Potion for the final slot.

Stats to hunt in run
- Skill Diffusion – Doubles the amount of summons you spawn.
- Lightning Skill Damage – Buffs the effectiveness of Lightning Bat and other Lightning based skills
- Summon Skill Damage – Buffs the effectiveness of Lightning Bat and other Summon based skills
- Skill CD – Allows you to more frequently summon your Lightning Bat and other Summons
- Intelligence – All skills we aim for are Intelligence based, so we want Intelligence to scale up our damage through the run
- Luck – Important for event checks and pick up drop rates (Magnets, Health vials, Energy Vials)
- Armor Piercing – Enemies will reduce your damage based on Armor %, Armor piercing negates this while also providing a damage x% for any % over the enemies Armor total
Note: Grab HP and Defence stats as you see fit, opt to ignore them if you are completely comfortable with your ability to avoid damage
