Cross-Progression Explained
Cross-Progression methods vary from platform to platform.
Depending on the type of device you want to connect to, you can refer to the following guide.
Connecting to PC (Steam) ↔ Mobile Device
- First of all, if you want to connect with a mobile device, you will need to convert your mobile device’s Guest account to a PLAYNC account. On your mobile device, go to Menu > Settings > Account Management.
- Select the Steam icon in Guest Account category.
- Proceed with the account authentication process.
- Select the data that you want to save to your account after you authenticate your account. You can choose existing data that is currently stored on your mobile device or choose PC version data (if you have a PC play history).
- Once your account has been connected, you can continue to play the progress you saved on one platform on another.
Connecting to PC(Steam) ↔ Nintendo Switch
- On Nintendo Switch devices, go to Menu > Settings > Account Management. Select the ‘Issuance of Code’ button in the Account Connection category.
- On the PC (Steam) device, go to Menu > Settings > Account Management. Select the ‘Enter Code’ button in the Account Connection category.
- Enter the 6-digit code printed on the Nintendo Switch device on the PC screen.
- You can select existing data currently stored on Nintendo Switch devices or select PC version data (if you have a PC play history).
- Once you’ve connected your account, you can continue to play the progress you saved on one platform on another (Conversely, you can issue code on your PC device and enter code on your Nintendo Switch device).
Connecting to Mobile Devices ↔ Nintendo Switch
Caution: The account that issues the code will be retained and the account that enters the code will be deleted. Please issue the code from the account you usually use.
- First, if you want to connect with a mobile device, you will need to convert your mobile device’s Guest account to a PLAYNC account. On your mobile device, go to Menu > Settings > Account Management.
- Select the Nintendo icon in Guest Account category.
- Proceed with the account authentication process.
- Select the data that you want to save to your account after you authenticate your account. You can select existing data that is currently stored on your mobile device or select data on your Nintendo device (if you have a Nintendo play history).
- Once the account is connected, you can continue to play the progress you saved on one platform on another.
There are conditions that are not possible when connecting to an account for Cross-Progression.
- If a PLAYNC account created by a Steam or Nintendo account has a game other than Battle Crush.
- When a PLAYNC account created by a Steam or Nintendo account is authenticated by real name on the PC Web, etc.
- A PLAYNC account created by a Steam or Nintendo account has signed up for Recovery Phone Number.
- If there is a refundable paid goods in a PLAYNC account created by a Steam or Nintendo account.
- If you do not agree to provide NCSOFT information on Switch.
- If the country information between the two accounts is different.
How to Get an HP Potion Upon a Kill
It’s the system that complements the Kill Reward System, easing the burden of combat!
When you defeat an enemy, their keepsake(grave) will always drop one HP potion.
Even if the enemy has no potion, you will always get one HP potion when you defeat them. Make sure to grab it immediately after the kill!
You can also acquire the consumables and equipment the enemy was carrying, so there’s no need to hesitate before engaging in a fight.
