Apologies for the picture being a bit large/not well stitched together but this will help you find all the hidden things.

For the locked achievement, click the egg on the tree in the bottom right, it will add color to the stained glass.

For getting under 10 mins this took me a few tries but you can pause and use the stitched image to find and plot out your next course of action.
