Dyztopia achievement guide!

Here is a guide to getting all the achievements for Dyztopia Post-Human RPG.

Story Achievements

  • Prologue Clear
  • Chapter 1 Clear
  • Chapter 2 Clear
  • Chapter 3 Clear
  • Taking it Easy
  • Normie
  • Hard Enough?

All of these achievements can easily be achieved by playing the story. The Difficulty achievements are not retroactive, so clearing them requires a unique save.

Runi

  • Friend of Runi
  • Boundaries

At the beginning of Chapter 2 You’ll be given a story choice to make amends with Runi or not to forgive her. You achieve “Friend of Runi” for forgiving her and “Boundaries” for giving her the cold shoulder. You can easily save before the decision and get both.

Note: The trigger is everyone going to the Bar in Bonetown.

Battle Lab

  • Master of the Lab
  • Hard Battle Lab

Once everyone is reunited at Vulcanite, you can start the Normal Battle Lab until the end of Chapter 2. It will not be available until the Post-Game afterward. Clear 25 stages to get the normal achievement “Master of the Battle Lab” then, in the Post-Game, the Hard Battle Lab will open up. Defeat that for the “Hard Battle Lab” achievement.

Battle Lab Tips

Edgar and Chase provide a solid offensive core and are suitable for the mobs between boss rounds. Edgar is also good for the Moosh rounds that happen occasionally, as his AoE skills can quickly clear them out. The boss rounds are usually fine until about level 30, which is a pure endurance test.

Hard Mode Battle Lab follows the same pattern. Bring Eliza for Boss Fights and try to use Pinpoint to nuke them. Ensure your party has Granrefresh and Vivify because the bosses will be liberal in dealing with statuses.

Angel and Boss Achievements

There is an achievement for each Angel and Asterisk in the game. Defeat them, and You’ll get the achievement. Here is a repost on where you can find them.

  • “Keep the Change” – Sewers After Defeating Firelogik.
  • “Dot Dot Dot” – After recruiting the 4th party member, go to the graveyard.
  • “ALL CAPS NO BREAKS!” – Press the Blue Switch in 5-1, then exit right in the Desert Camp area.
  • “TV ROT” – When Stage 7 is open, return to the Dating Sho with a ????? Score of 2 or higher.
  • “BFFS” – find the passage with three keys, and get stung to get to the ladder that leads to Quot.
  • “Brain Dead” – Have Barbados’s Sync be higher than Rosie’s in the main story.

Secret Area Achievements

  • “Gun Control” – Go to the Secret Area while on a Save File, that’s not the first one.
  • “Doomed No Longer” – Fought naturally in the Secret Area.
  • “Secret Boss” – Though NOT AN ANGEL, they are fought naturally at the end of the Secret Area

Romance Achievements

Party Romance

These are pretty straightforward. When you play the game, focus all your Syncs on either Kiyota, Edgar, Chase, or Genesis, and You’ll get their corresponding achievement.

For Eliza, talk to her at the Mocha bar once her event becomes open.

Broken Love

If you have a party member at 3 Sync Link, and you shift romance to either Eliza or Genesis. Kiyota, Edgar, or Chase will have a scene where they get hurt. You’ll unlock this achievement, you heartless bastard.

Expert Dater

To get this Achievement, you must talk to Setzuna (The Smog with the green bow outside of Robin’s Nest Apartments) in the prologue and promise her a date. Do not enter into a relationship for the whole game. Speak to her again in Chapter 3 and make good on your promise. Beat the game and watch the short scene with her during the credits, and this achievement is yours.

Reunited

Though not a romantic achievement, it’s still achieved through Sync all the same. Get Crow to Sync 5, and again do not enter into a Relationship (Relationship endings take priority over non-relationship endings.) You’ll get a heartwarming scene with Crow.

Rogue or Rosie

The game tracks who has a higher link score of Barbados or Rosie, which will determine the last Party Member. Rosie has at least three opportunities to raise her link before recruitment, whereas Barbados only has one and wins ties.

Rosie also needs to be at least Sync level 3 to get her achievement “Rosie” to do this, make sure you spend time with her at the Prologue and EITHER Tell Runi you don’t forgive her or find the Tracer Eraser in Stage 3 (Do both if you want her romance.).

Note: You get a free Sync upon recruiting Rosie, and another Sync if you’re not currently in a Romance.

Rogue only needs to be recruited for “Rogue.”

The Prisoner

In Pon Pon, before you recruit the 4th Party Member, talk to the Prisoner in the Prison until they get up and yell at you. You’ll be given a new choice when talking to the party on who to take with you to Stage 3.

Anxiety Attack

You get this in the natural conclusion of the Evil Runi route.

To get the Evil Runi Route, keep Edgar’s Sync the lowest between Crow, Kiyota, and Chase. Then tell Runi you don’t forgive her. You’ll get a particular scene at the end of Chapter 2 if you do everything correctly, which will lock you into this route. After defeating the Final Boss, You’ll get this Achievement.

Fair and Balanced

This one is very easy to miss. You need to be vigilant and collect/farm/trade for Echo Stones and raise Libra’s Sync every chance you get. You can find Libra in these locations.

  • Chapter 1 Camp Grounds
  • Right before Stage 5
  • Chapter 2 Camp Grounds
  • Mocha Bar Backrooms
  • Akira”s Room.

The first four are incredibly important, as missing one of them will lock you out of that content for that whole save file. The last location gives you leniency as you can complete the Sync anytime. So watch for Echo Stones on the map, and Trade with Poakun if you can. The Bosses and The Rising Zodiacs also drop them too, albeit rarely. You need 15 total stones to complete the Sync Link.
