Series 7 Tips
Are your components and drivers series 7? If any of the 2 above contain at least 1 higher series than 7, you will face harder competition. If you are racing series 7 GPs and your drivers and components are below series 7, you’ll face harder competition.
The main tip: Power unit setup!
- You need only power unit. Nothing else.
- Pick your highest power unit components, ignore speed / cornering.
- Above info is misleading, as you can’t use S7 stuff in junior / challenger (since cap there is S3 or S6) so you should ignore the part about the S7 or above in GPs.
S7 and above parts can bring you higher opponents as well, but are NOT guaranteed.
So just use whatever you have with the highest power unit stat there is. Utilize it properly in a race (power unit is an active stat, not a passive one like all other ones), so you have to play around with it on the track too) and you should have little issues.
Example for Silverstone track
Silverstone is the same:
- Power unit and tyre management (depending on your drivers)
- I’m going Magnussen and Albon.
- Do 2s2s3m and 3m2s2s.
- Or if you can afford – 3m4h also works, but 2 stop and more aggressive driving seems better.
