Tips for Early Game
Follow the quest take everything not nailed down and sell everything. But the vials you will need those for the well that you can buy and build after the carpenter quest and the point you get for leveling are used for both rasing your skill points or your attribute points.
Hit every bush, plant flower etc, you get fiber and at times red and purple berries.
These are bread and butter, when you get enough like 50+ of each make bandages, they are on ALL tab on character crafting screen.
In town their are 4 wells and 1 well up the hill at the cattle farm.
Don’t buy any blue prints at first, just try to do the quests, the Well is sold at Eugene and I think its cheap.
You will need the carpenters bench and contruction bench first, these are giving as rewards or after the quest you can buy from the npc.
Yes Water/Food is rough at first, they did make it better than a few days ago and the Dev is active.
Don’t bother building a base at first just make put stuff along the fences, Build Baskets! they to are on the character craft screen.
