Workers: 20-60 seconds, but it depends mostly on how many workers you have not housing.

Buildrate is 20/s per worker.

  1. HP/DPS cost must be reevaluated though to focus more on the relative resource production rate maybe though, as it is now its can be misleading because faith is valued more than other resources. Since its collected half as fast by default than wood, food and between bronze/gold; but is lower in numerical cost to offset that.
