Guide to Notorious Monster Hunts

Hunt 1 – The Devil

• You must have the Spear to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the first hunt is a Devil in The Haunted Forest of Nod.
• The Devil can be found in the Blue Zone (3rd section) of the Forest.
• After Defeating the Devil, be sure to pick up the Gungnir spear upgrade in the graveyard.

Hunt 2 – The Magmasaur

• You must have the battle axe to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the second hunt is a magmasaur in the outpost well.
• After defeating the magmasaur, be sure to pick up the golden axe upgrade on the east end of the map.

Hunt 3 – The Albino Wolf

• You must have the kunai to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 3rd hunt is an albino wolf in Dudael Desert.
• The albino wolf can be found on the east end of the map, just before the precipice.
• After defeating the albino wolf, be sure to pick up the SAI subweapon above the precipice.

Hunt 4 – The Warlock

• You must have the steel sword to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 4th hunt is a warlock in the underground cavern of Adullam.
• The Warlock can be found near the middle sanctuary.
• After defeating the Warlock, be sure to pick up the hrunting sword upgrade.

Hunt 5 – The Alien

• You must have the ball whip to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 5th hunt is an alien in the great pyramids of Egypt.
• The quickest path to the alien is simply head west from Lighthaven.
• When you get to Egypt just keep heading directly west until you reach the Alien.
• After Defeating the Alien, be sure to pick up the morning star whip upgrade.

Hunt 6 – The Minions

• You must have the knife to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 6th hunt is minions in Salem Cemetery.
• The minions can be found in the southeast corner of the map.
• After defeating the minions, be sure to pick up the dagger subweapon.

Hunt 7 – The Dementor

• You must have the gladius to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 7th hunt is a dementor in nightmare in Eden.
• The dementor can be found on the east end of the map near kai and synge’s house.
• After defeating the dementor, be sure to pick up the durandal sword upgrade.

Hunt 8 – The Samurai

• You must have the katana to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 8th hunt is a samurai in the crystal caves.
• The samurai can be found beyond the purple gate sanctuary.
• After defeating the samurai, be sure to pick up the masamune katana upgrade.

Hunt 9 – The Hunter and the Huntress

• You must have the hatchet to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 9th hunt is a hunter and the huntress in mountains of Tibet.
• The hunter and the huntress can be found next to the middle sanctuary.
• After defeating the hunter and the huntress, be sure to pick up the tomahawk subweapon.

Hunt 10 – The Bushido

• You must have the deathbringer to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 10th hunt is a bushido in Babylon ruins.
• The bushido can be found in the southwest corner of the map.
• After defeating the bushido, be sure to pick up the gram sword upgrade.

Hunt 11 – The Sentinel

• You must have the Pilum to start this quest.
• After talking with Akilian, the 10th hunt is a sentinel in Wallachia.
• The sentinel can be found above the ruins near the Aliens.
• After defeating the sentinel, be sure to pick up the lance subweapon.
