This is a guide where I tell you where all the Mirror shards and journals are to get the achievement for it and the secret scene (make sure you click on the mirror at the end!).

Foreword
Here is location of all the Mirror Shards across the game.
So first things first: The rule is that in every playable/clickable scene, there is a mirror shard, minus two shards that are in the middle of non-interactive scenes. The same goes for the journals, So I’ll provide screenshots of the closest place for the shards.
Mirror Shards Locations
Shard 1: We start off with one that is a little vague, as I think something is bugged in the view of the scene so I can’t tell exactly where the shard is. But once your character opens his eyes, you can click on the shard that I believe is on the top of the right wall.
Shard 2: After you leave your cell, you will see the hallway, in the playable section you can click on the mirror shard on the ceiling area.
Shard 3: Once you reach the three doors after breaking the hypnosis section. You’ll find the shard next to the far door on the left.
Shard 4: After Deha gets clocked in the face with Arekk’s fists you will wake up in the next scene after seeing a golden skirt/fabric then you’ll see this character in the frame.
The shard is where the mark is.
Shard 5: After you finish the final mini-game; you will be chased by the monsters and then this will be the first frame you see after a black screen.
Do not click anything.
You are two dialogue clicks away from missing the final shard.
Just hover over the area shown in the screenshot and once the eye of the mouse opens, you click on it, taking the final shard.
Locations of All Journals
So the journals are usually with a mirror shard in the same scene. However, there is only one who sits alone in a scene. But worry not! we’ll get all of them!
Journal 1: So as the same as the mirror shard in this scene I can only guess where is it, as this scene is for some reason cursed in my editor. so I will mark the general place of it, which is right beside Deha’s sprite, use your eye mouse to navigate it.
Journal 2: Once you leave the cell and get to the hallway, there is a journal at the bottom of the cell door on the left.
Journal 3: Once you reach the 3 doors, there will be a journal at the bottom left of the middle door.
Journal 4: This is after the scene where you talk with the big baddie of the game. You’re escorted into the cell by Arekk, and There is a journal at the very bottom of the screen, you can click on it before the text box appears, or you can use the X button at the bottom right to hide the dialogue box to see it better.
Journal 5: Just like in the Mirror Section-
Do not click anything.
