Tips to Management Load

Use the “Management Office” in the beginning to delegate the management load. You can build multiples of those.

For those running a “Management Office”:

They need to have a “Rudimentary Management” Certificate in order to qualify.
- You can get those in other senior positions (i.e. Chief Researcher, the Food tent guy, Homeroom Teacher).
Try to at least have someone with double digits in management on there.

Anything manager related, go for increased manager stats.

Later in the game, once you have the decor. You can level-up your headmaster office and the manager offices to further boost their managing ability (i.e. My headmaster can manage 100 points now).
