Step 1
Spam fast quests, star doesn’t matter. if unavailable, use 1 or 2 star medium quests. Do not hesitate to use rerolls as they are recharged by completing quests.
Step 2
Only craft weapons. this allows you to rapidly progress your item tiers by constantly having higher level items. the quests should generally aid you in sorting out levels early for everything else.
Step 3
You should burn through the weapon collection in about 35-40 minutes. After that, it’s a simple matter of checking collections for missing items one at a time. you should have all achievements by the time you finish this process. If not, it should be rather easy to resolve. I timed my own attempt and hit it at 34 minutes for max level and 37 minutes for full collection.
