There are 7 seeds in the Lastra Forest dungeon. Unlike some previous dungeons, you CAN find all of the mokoko seeds on your first run through while following the main quest line.

Here are the exact locations of the seeds.

First Seed:

The second, third, fourth, and fifth seeds are all off the map. Head in the graveyard area on the east side of the path in the early part of the dungeon. The second seed is to the left as you enter the graveyard. Follow the path south to find the next 3 before continuing on your way. Check the images below to verify their positions.

The Second Seed is on an overhang due north, the west, before you head east down the linear path:

The Third, and final, seed for the area is hidden by a breakable vase/pot to the east of the second seed against the railing:
