Who do I summon for?

Victoria, purely because of the rarity + the high resistance she offers even on 6*, this is mainly good for newcomers, but again the main edge she has is: rarity (if comparing 6 vs 6*).

Cleopatra as we know will appear on the last Oath each season, but it was confirmed that Victoria will not.

Victoria will likely turn out to be better long-term, especially paired with heroes like Arthur, and given she has healing on both of her active abilities, that pairs nicely with the Glorians-Hunters Seasonal Tree. I believe she’s just slighly better than Cleopatra.

Which packages do I buy?

For up to 100 Scrolls:

• Package A: 680 Diamonds + 6 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package B: 1280 Diamonds + 10 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package C: 1980 Diamonds + 15 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package D: 2580 Diamonds + 19 Scrolls (Limit: 1) — This and the ones above, max them out [1] – [A+B+C+D].
• Package F: 1980 Diamonds + 12 Scrolls (Limit: 10) — Buy x5.

For up to 200 Scrolls:

• Package A: 680 Diamonds + 6 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package B: 1280 Diamonds + 10 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package C: 1980 Diamonds + 15 Scrolls (Limit: 1)
• Package D: 2580 Diamonds + 19 Scrolls (Limit: 1) — This and the ones above, max them out [1] – [A+B+C+D].
• Package F: 1980 Diamonds + 12 Scrolls (Limit: 10) — Buy x10.
• Package E: 680 Diamonds + 4 Scrolls (Limit: 10) — Buy x8.

Losing the “50/50” Will result in either Cleopatra or Victoria, which is still a win pretty much.

• It’s likely Victoria every 50 Summons tbh.

Given that you can get 51 Scrolls for “free”, you can adjust these numbers for your own benefits and skip few of the expensive packages [E – slighly more expensive than F].
