Useful Tips for New Players

This game requires a bit of reading the dialogue otherwise you will miss the clue. But the fun part is able to find all the clues and “break” your tenants.

You need a lot of cash in the beginning, so there are “tasks” (or mini-game) that you can accomplish to earn cash. As the game progress, you can discover new places to acquire new skills and so forth.

Controls

• WASD / Arrow Keys = Character movement
• Interaction = Mouse (left click)
• ESC = Exit from some action

General Tips

• Items of interest will be marked with an “eye” icon.
• This game requires some detective work. During certain dialogues, you may encounter blue-colored text. These are clues that can be clicked on. These clues will be added to your “Investigation” notes.
• To skip time, click on “Next Period” at the upper left.
• Your list of quests can be found in the upper right under “Missions.”
• The “Investigation” tab, also located in the upper right, is essential. It contains information about the main character (MC), inventory, and most importantly, the targets (ladies).
• Another important tool is the laptop in your room. Here, you can use the web browser to search for clues. When attempting to search, your Investigation notes will prompt you to click on the orange keywords to begin the search.
• As the game progresses, you will gain access to a certain “Club” where you can acquire special items crucial to your conquest.
• Playing mini-games is one method to earn money, although they can be frustrating at first. With practice, you’ll improve. These mini-games are also necessary for earning Steam achievements.
• Once you’ve accessed the “Club,” you can earn cash by selling photographs.
• There are four time periods: morning, afternoon, night, and midnight.
• Unlike the saying “Time and tide wait for no man,” in this game, you can skip time without consequences. Certain events and characters will appear according to the time period.
• Don’t worry about getting a game over; you’ll restart from where you failed.

Making Money

To earn money, you can sell polaroids and complete daily missions such as cleaning, fixing washing machines, and sorting trash.

• Polaroids: Invest in fake coins to easily earn passive cash from selling polaroids.
• Daily missions: Purchase items from the store to make completing tasks easier. Upgrades at Gentlemen level 3 allow you to do tasks instantly for $500 each.

Stealing Panties / Collection

You can steal panties during a girl’s laundry time based on their routine. However, if the washing machine is broken, you won’t be able to steal them.

• Misaki: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (morning)
• Mirai: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (afternoon)

You can also earn one pair of panties from each daily routine minigame by scoring 3000 points. It’s easier with the work proficiency upgrade from Mentor and consumable items from the supermarket.

Blue Text

Click on blue text during conversations, web searches, or interactions to gather information about characters. This is crucial for progressing in storylines or missions.

Time Skipping

There are four periods: Morning, Afternoon, Night, and Late night. Characters may be in different places at different times, and some areas may be unavailable. If you have nothing to do, consider daily routines or click “next period” to advance time quickly.
