Info About This Guide
In this guide, achievements are sorted by what point in the game you can earn them, so you can easily find which achievements you can currently go for.
Obviously, this guide will contain spoilers for the entire game.
Story Progress
Achievements that you are guaranteed to earn over the course of beating the game.
Area Secure
- Defeat the Security Drone.
Earned by defeating the boss in Habitation Deck.

- Defeat Noemi.
Earned by defeating the boss in Biodome.
Phew!
- Escape PSYCRON.
Complete the chase sequence that occurs after defeating the boss in Biodome.
Splash?
- Defeat Dexter?
Earned by getting through the first phase of the boss in Chemisphere.
Splash!
- Defeat Dexter.
Earned by fully defeating the boss in Chemisphere.
Whew!
- Escape PSYCRON again.
Complete the chase sequence that occurs after defeating the boss in Chemisphere.
Onwards and Downwards
- Escape the Stasis Bay.
Get to the end of the Stasis Bay.
Ker Blam!
- Defeat PSYCRON.
Earned by defeating the final boss in Ceremos Core.
Blast Off!
- Escape the station.
Complete the escape sequence that occurs after defeating the final boss in Ceremos Core.
Other Tasks
Over the hump
- Get 50% of all items.
Acquired immediately upon getting 16 of the 32 items in the game in one playthrough. More details below.
Perfect!
- Collect every item.
Acquired immediately upon getting all 32 items in the game in one playthrough. These include 5 Shield Cells, 7 Plasma Tanks, 5 Jet Tanks, 4 Charge Spreads, 7 Suit Paints, Wall Kick, Plasma Pulse, Dash Boots, and Plasma Spread.
So close!
- Skip one item and finish the game.
Earned at the results screen after beating the game with only one item uncollected. The one you should skip is the 5th Jet Tank!! Trust me!!
Environmental Storytelling
- Find the skeleton.
The skeleton is found in that one giant & infamous room in the top left corner of Chemisphere. You need to get near the skeleton to trigger the achievement, which will require at least 2 Jet Tanks to get up there.
Go Outside
- Take a nap.
After starting a new game, when first getting control of your character, don’t press Left or Right to get up and start moving. Instead, stay lying down and do nothing for 5 minutes.
Gamma
- Beat the game faster than the other developer.
Earned at the results screen after beating the game in less than 2:15.
Zeta
- Beat the game faster than one of the developers.
Earned at the results screen after beating the game in less than 1:18.
Omega
- Beat the game real fast.
Earned at the results screen after beating the game in less than 0:57.
