Choosing Hollow / Arrancar
- Strong partials can help you earlygame.
- Large variety of weapons to use.
- Starts progression at a higher grade if Adjuchas/Vasto Lorde when mask is ripped.
- Unique cero paths increase build diversity on any skill tree.
- Upgradeable hierro (max 21, two hierro platings to reach this, increases to 31 with Hierro variant.) that reduces damage by a set value for a number of hits.
- Extremely strong True Vastocar variants that can change gameplay entirely.
Hollow Progression
Starting off as a hollow, you will first be a Fishbone. In order to evolve, you must kill other hollows and then eat the decaying body parts by pressing B. You will automatically evolve into the next hollow form when you have gained enough EXP.
- After you evolve from a Fishbone, you will become a Menos.
- As a Menos, in order to gain EXP to evolve you have to kill hollows by stomping on them.
- After you evolve from Menos, you will become an Adjuchas.
- After Adjuchas you can become a Vastolorde.
- Any time after fishbone you are able to rip your mask off with CTRL + K.
Note: The earlier you rip your mask off, the weaker your arrancar form will be.
Arrancar Progression
After evolving into an Arrancar, you are then set to one of three grades and can begin to rank up. Menoscars are set to Grade 5, Adjucars are set to Grade 3, and Vastocars are set to Semi-Grade 2
Make sure to purchase Flashstep in the speed skill tree for 0 skillpoints and the Hierro skill in the kido skill tree for 0 skillpoints.
U to use hierro.
- From Grade 5 – Semi Grade 1 : For these ranks the only type of EXP you need is mission exp.
- At Grade 2 you will be able to select a cero path from the Kido tree NOTE: You can only learn 1 of these cero paths. You will also be able to obtain your Partial Resurrección at this point.
- From Semi Grade 1 – Elite Grade: Mission EXP, and Grip EXP is required for these ranks.
As a hollow, you can change your weapon with an item called a Hollow Box.
This item can be obtained from winning raids or can be purchased at the Karakura Town raid shop for 40,000 Kan.
Vasto Lorde
After becoming an Adjucha, you can obtain Vasto Lorde, which allows you to obtain Vastocar without needing to use 7 Hogyoku Fragments at Elite grade.
As an Adjucha, there will be mask cracks at the top of your screen. Killing Adjucha NPCs that spawn around Hueco Mundo gives 2 cracks each. Dying removes 5 cracks.
At 25 mask cracks, you become an Albino Adjucha (colors change upon rejoining), and whispers will start appearing on your screen. At this stage, dying to another Albino player will set you back to 0 mask cracks. Once an Albino, there are 2 methods to obtain Vasto Lorde:
- Kill another Albino player.
- Follow the lines on your screen until you find your Vasto Lorde NPC, then kill it. Losing to this NPC will reset you back to Menos, but you can progress again and try again.
After completing one of these methods, you will turn into a Vasto Lorde. From here, press CTRL and K at the same time to rip your mask and become a Vastocar.
Hierro
To use hierro, press U. When activated, hierro gives you 10% defense, with a base amount of 10 hits until it turns off.
You can upgrade Hierro using an item called Hierro Plating.
Note: You can only use 2 hierro platings.
- Using one plating will increase hierro from 10 → 15
- Using it a second time will increase hierro from 15 → 21.
Can be obtained by killing Bawabawa in Hueco Mundo, buying it via the Karakura Town Shop for 40,000 Kan, or through winning a raid.

Partial Resurreccion
In order to get Partial Resurrección, you first have to be Grade 2.
From there, you have to find the Harribel NPC located at the colloseum and speak to her.
After completing this, an item will spawn around the map based on your Resurrección. You must find it and then bring it to the void pit, where you will then begin an obby. NOTE: You will NOT be able to fight back or drop the item after picking it up.
After completing the obby, you will get your partial resurrección skill.
If you die or leave at ANY TIME during the quest, it will go on cooldown for 1 hour. To reset this cooldown, you have to either wait 10 minutes or grip a shinigami npc or player from an opposing faction.
If you fail the quest you DO NOT have to find the NPC again, and can instead go inside the Hueco Mundo castle and speak to the pink orb.
Resurreccion
That’s good. I’ve been waiting for this moment! Grind, Pantera!
Stage 1:
Win 13 raids, Karakura Town raids do not count.. Clan wars wins count as 2 raid wins, ranked wins count as 0.5. Progress can be checked at “V – Unequalled, Unrivalled” at the grey barn in KT.
Stage 2:
Fulfill all of these requirements without dying. If you die, you must restart stage 2:
- 80 Hollow NPC kills (mission hollows count)
- 15 Elite Grade grips (opposite factions only)
- 1 Bawabawa kill (Hueco Mundo snake boss)
Stage 3:
After completing this, head back to Hueco Mundo. Fall through the hole in the middle of the map into the Menos Forest, then find a tree at the back of the forest and climb up it. You will find a small hole, with a sword stuck into the ground. Meditate in front of this sword for 5 minutes until transported to the maze. The maze contains different hollows, and you must click on the correct one to obtain your Resurrección.
There is a Shadow Adjucha within the maze that will follow you and kills you on contact, so move quickly. Your specific hollow will have blue eyes, and the Shadow Adjucha will get faster as you approach this hollow. Once found, click on the npc a couple times, and then you will enter a cutscene and obtain your Resurrección.
(Failing this will put you on a 1 hour cooldown that can be reduced by gripping 2 opposing faction members).
