Before you redeem a gift code, please make sure that you have enough space in your backpack to store what you are about to claim. If your backpack is full, you won’t be able to receive what the gift code offers.

• Interact with the Mailbox in Chillstead Village.

• Go to Redeem Code (the second tab). Input the gift code you receive.

The gift code given out to celebrate the launch of the game can have a Home Decor. And here is how to change your Home Decor:

• To the right of Chapterhouse, you can find the Storage Chest.

• On the third tab, you can find the place to change the outlook of your Chapterhouse, Mailbox, and even the Storage Chest itself.
