• Search for wrecks and pickup all crates (You will need upgraded winch).
• Shoot or bomb the treasure chests on beaches.
• Sell alcohol in your bar.
• Sell 2+ star alcohol to other bars.
• Do quests given by flying airplanes.
• Sell potatoes and wheat to the farmer in your bar.

I make most of my money from fulfilling delivery orders. Also explore all of the islands, you can find way more clients for deliveries.

And when you brew for deliveries, try experimenting with existing recipes to find new 3+ star versions. That can make a lot of money when sold to your clients (and your fame increases too).
