You can manually edit the settings yourself.

  • Go to:
    • %appdata% -> local -> UE_game -> saved -> config -> WindowsNoEditor.
  • Add this to your engine.ini (at the bottom).

  • Save and make the file read only.
  • Now open up GameUserSettings.ini.
  • Add FrameRateLimit=240.000000 or your fps desired limit under [/script/engine.gameusersettings].
  • Now save ini file and make it read only like you did with engine.ini.

Enjoy 240 fps with no annoying effects!
