Zhang He: Hits multiple times per round, gains high crit rate and life steal at high rank.
Zhang Liao: Hits up for 400% dmg, you need good stratagem, with rage gain for him, back in lineup because no leech.
Guan Yu: Hits deal damage based on enemy max HP, thats why he is better than LüBu, life leech.
LüBu: Good damage, alot of people do mistake and max him as a first unit early, he got leech but thats it.

Tier S+ units can be still good, especially supports, depend on what team you use, but i don’t prefer to rank up support over DPS, DPS should be always your TOP priority depends if you are spending or not, if you can rank up support high enough to not die in first 2 rounds of the battle, then go for it, but you should max star at least 1-2 good DPS first for main DPS choose units from SSS tier list if possible
