Quick Guide to Fungus Consumption
So, you’ve got all these funny mushrooms and you want to know how to eat them efficiently. Let’s start with where do you stand and go from there.
You are more or less starting out, no fungi cooking yet:
- Eat ANY orange you come across.
- Do NOT buy museum collection even though it promises you oranges. This is a mushroom van and mom told you about mushroom vans, didn’t she?
- Eat mostly any purple you come across (good exceptions being Art and Tech shrooms).
- If nothing else, eating greens is fine too.
- Remember, eating shroom is better than not eating shroom (maybe aside from Art and Tech, but we’ll get to it).
You’ve got fungi cooking and even maybe hit a few thresholds. Congratulations, you’ve still got a long way to go:
- You’ve noticed thresholds, right? Leadership and research speed are sweet, so keep eating oranges and purples.
- Cook any non-orange Art and Tech fungi into higher tier, unless it’ll put you in danger of not eating
- Food storage is mostly useless, so consider eating fewer blues and cook them instead.
- Greens are still better than not eating.
You’ve reached the Rift and, maybe, even blasted your 100th sky object, so you can escape Dragon farm and devote yourself to our Lord and Savior Angel Form.
And now I can finally tell you why did we try to not eat Art and Tech all this time. It so happens, there are relics offering boosts for each type of mushroom… except Art and Tech, and those boosts are in the 300 fungi each.
As for the final directions:
- Keep eating all the oranges. Yes, even past 500. They will give more leadership in the future.
- Consider stopping eating purples after 500th and cook them all into oranges.
- Might be good to cook blues too, while we are at it. Imagine getting like 2000 food storage for 83 days worth of fungi consumption, what a joke.
- Always beat the rest of daily limit with greens. And cook them if you have too many.
Cheers!
