Tips for Newcomers
The game currently supports two-person multiplayer. The developers have not yet decided whether to increase the number of simultaneous players in this mode.
How to start the organic mission (campaign)
After you have built the seedling factory and chose there cabbage you need to choose it to bio cabbage.
Mowed organic grass won’t get pick up
Click on the down arrow in the warning message. It will tell you how much more empty space it needs. For a really large grass harvest, you need 2-3 barns completely empty nearby.
Logistics
Logistics are no longer centralized, but warehouses are still essential. When you purchase food, it’s stored in the Logistic Center building or the owner’s building if you haven’t built a Logistic Center yet. From there, the food needs to be moved to warehouses close to the animal buildings. To do this, you must set a “Resource order” for the type of food you want in the warehouse or silos near the animals. Then, logistic workers will handle the movement for you. Make sure to assign workers to logistic buildings or the owner’s building as logistic workers. You can find detailed instructions in the tutorial, which is part of the campaign.
Important tip! Do not build more than 1 chicken house or cow pen until after you have your first logistics. Even after researching and are able to carry 400, it is too much for them to handle by hand. Once you have logistics, expand as you see fit.
Hard mode’ money
On Hard and above you shouldn’t start with fields, as they have a high setup cost, but cows seem to do quite well, especially if you don’t go for 100% food quality from the start, but work towards that..
Unable to start second campaign
If you didn’t start the second mission immediately after completing the first mission, you may have difficulties after returning to the game. Continue in main menu just loads newest savegame. You have to load last save in campaign europe. And than when you finish campaign once again click Continue. It will correctly invoke finishing event.
The last tip
The game is in early access and the developers are releasing patches on a regular basis. Therefore, your first action in case of an error should be to restart the game. If nothing has changed, try to click on it in your library and force checking files.
