Path of Exile – 100% Achievement Guide

Warning! Alot of achievements are heavy RNG (random number generated) For-example there are people who have played this game for over 3k hours and still havent been able to 6 link anything, but there are also new players that got them despite only played 10 hours.

With that warning out of the way getting the achievements in this game is quite fun and very rewarding as many achievements are worth alot of points on different achievement tracking sites. For existing players who do not care much about achievements this is great fun to do in downtime between leagues/events and getting those achievements on your profile is great fun to show people how much you love this game.

When doing fully clear achievements you can type in /remaining to see how many monsters are left in the area.

Storyline achievements that should come naturally as you progress to end game.

Mercy Killing

Kill Brutus, Warden of Axiom Prison.
Brutus is located at the Upper Prison in act 1. Part of the quest “The Caged Brute”

The Star of Wraeclast

Kill Merveil, the Siren.
She is the final boss of Act 1 and is located in the Cavern of Anger. Part of the quest “The Siren’s Cadence”

A New Dawn

Vanquish the Vaal Oversoul.
He is the final boss of Act 2 and is located at the top floor of the ancient pyramid. Part of the quest “Shadow of the Vaal”

Rest for the Wicked

Defeat Piety in her laboratory.
She is located in The lunaris temple in Act 3. Part of the quest “Piety’s Pets”

Heretic

Kill High Templar Dominus.
Final boss Act 3 located in the Upper sceptre of god. Part of the quest “Sceptre of God”

Purifier

Kill Voll, Emperor of Purity.

Character Related Storyline

Character related story achievements, there is an achievement for killing Dominus for every class, so for example killing dominus while playing as a ranger gets you an achievement, and killing dominus as templar etc. So in order to do these you have start a new char in the corresponding class and kill dominus. Dominus is the Final boss of Act 3 and is located in the Upper sceptre of god. Can be quite time consuming but a great way to test out different builds.

Hunter

Kill Dominus as the Ranger.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Ranger.

Conqueror

Kill Dominus as the Marauder.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Marauder.

Assassin

Kill Dominus as the Shadow.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Shadow.

Champion

Kill Dominus as the Duelist.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Duelist.

Saviour

Kill Dominus as the Templar.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Templar.

Usurper

Kill Dominus as the Witch.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Witch.

Seeker

Kill Dominus as the Scion.
Simply kill Dominus while playing as the Scion.

Fully clear

Fully clear achievements is when you have to fully clear an area for it to pop. If you have played this game before you would of likely missed a few of these already, since you have to kill every single mob in an area for it to unlock.

Type /remaining to see how many mobs there are left in the area.

Full Clear: Ship Graveyard Cave

The ship graveyard cave is located in Act 1 (not to be confused with the ship graveyard) It’s a cave in the ship graveyard, it’s the very same cave you do to get the Allflame for Captain Fairgraves in the quest “The Marooned Mariner” Go in there and clear every single mob including boss for it to pop.

Full Clear: Dread Thicket

The Dread Thicket is located in act 2 in the Northen Forest, it can be pretty well hidden so search the map for the entrance area. It is quite a small area so shouldn’t take you long to complete if it doesn’t pop remember to use /remaining to see how many mobs are left.

Full Clear: Archives

The Archives are located inside the library in act 3 if you do not know where the library is its near the waypoint in the imperial gardens up some stairs. Inside the library search for a guy named siosa he will give you a quest to collect four golden pages, once you have the quest look for a loose candle on a bookshelf to reveal the exit to the archives (note you have to click on the loose candle) Once you are in the archives kill everything in there for achievement to pop.

Full Clear: Catacombs

The Catacombs is located in The Marketplace in act 3, Look for a Crypt like entrance.

Cleanser

Fully clear The Harvest.

The harvest is in act 4 the area right before you fight Malachai where you have to kill 3 bosses and collect organs to unlock the area where you fight Malachai. And you also need to kill Malachai for it to pop he is counted as 1 monster. To get to the harvest you need to first get through the belly of the beast lvl 1 and 2.

Cartographer

Fully clear an end-game Map area.

This is for endgame, if you are new to the game, maps drop at a higher level, which you can use to put in The Eternal Laboratory or personal map device from Zana in your hideout. This achievement will work with any map you have. Simply put any map you have in the map device and clear the map.

Full Clear: Apex of Sacrifice

The Apex of Sacrifice is the area where you fight atziri. To get to this area you need four Vaal fragments put in a map device, sacrifice at Dawn, Sacrifice at Noon, Sacrifice at Midnight, Sacrifice at Dusk. You need to put the fragments in the map device so it can form a circle like in the pic above, this will open up portals to The Apex of Sacrifice. The area can be quite hard so if you struggle you can always pay for an atziri carry. Remember, you have to kill all the bosses in there including Atziri and all other mobs in order for it to pop.

Gladiator

Fully clear the Colosseum end-game map.

The Colosseum map is a level 82 tier 15 map if you do not have this map, you can always buy it from other players. Put it in youre map device and Fully clear the map, including bosses for this to pop.

Multiplayer

Band Together

Join a public party.

Pretty self explanatory simply join a public party either by a noticeboard or by finding in social menu. Press “s” ingame and navigate to “Public parties” click on any of them and click join.

Cut-throat

Kill another player in any mode or league.

Simply kill another player and it should pop, best way is to duel a friend and kill him. If you got no friends to play with just join the arena in the sarn encampment in act 3 or act 8, or by pressing “b” ingame. You can also try asking for help in chat many people willing to help.
This achievement used to be only obtainable in the Cut-throat league so if you did not play in that league it was unobtainable but they have changed it now so you have to kill a player in any mode or league.

Capture the Flag

Capture a flag during any CTF match.

There is nothing tricky about this achievement simply capture a flag in capture the flag map. Press “b” ingame and join a 3v3 capture the flag mode and capture the flag one time. How long it takes you to get this depends on you and your skill, if you dont get this just keep trying like all achievements and you will get it eventually.

Skills

Paradigm Shift

Allocate a Keystone Passive Skill.

Very easy achievement to get and you will most likely get this one by playing naturally as atleast 1 keystone passive are in use in any build. Keystone passive are huge round and alters your character in a different way to the build. If for some reason you dont have this, in the above picture i used a maurader and it only took 8 points.

Specialist

Allocate a character’s fourth Keystone Passive.

Pretty easy achievement to get, What you need to do is spec into 4 keystone passives these are passives that make your character perform in a different way they are huge round with golden outside them.
I used an old duelist i had, and it only took 25 skill points to do.

Elemental Trinity

Slay an enemy that is simultaneously Ignited, Shocked, and Frozen.

There are many ways to get this, I got this one while in a farming group. But it is possible to do this one yourself. What you need to do is kill any monster that is affected by Ignited, Shocked, and Frozen while landing a killing blow. So you can, for example, use Hatred aura and Wrath in Enlighten Support gem setup and then use any weapon/skill with fire dmg.

Cryomancer

Shatter 5 monsters with a single action.

Create a witch and kill hillock and progress to the town, turn in the quest and get freezing pulse gem equip it and gather up group of mobs (atleast 5). Alternatively use hatred gem in any build or character you have and farm groups of mobs (atleast 5), also pretty easy to get this one when in farming groups. Many ways to get this one these are just some examples.

Gemling

Have a Skill Gem reach level 20.

Leveling a skill gem to level 20 takes alot of time, in my experience skill gems usually reach level 20 around level 90. You can check the lvl progress on your gem by hovering over it with your mouse. You cannot buy a lvl 20 gem for this achievement to pop you need to lvl it yourself. However you can buy a lvl 19 gem and level it to 20 to pop. Skill gems need to be active on gear for it to level up you, you cannot level a gem sitting in your inventory or stash.

Vaal Gemling

Have a Vaal Skill Gem reach level 20.

Same as above but in this case a vaal skill gem, if you do not run a vaal skill gem in your build you can always just put one in the second weapon panel and simply just level it up even if you dont use it. You cannot buy a lvl 20 gem for this achievement to pop you need to lvl it yourself. However you can buy a lvl 19 gem and level it to 20 for it to pop.

Ancestral Power

Have 3 Totems alive at one time.

Make a templar and spec into the Ancestral bond keystone, then equip searing bond gem and summon the totem 3 times and it should pop.

Zombie Horde

Have 9 Raised Zombies alive at one time.

Spec into four keystone that gives you +1 zombies then use the queens decree sword and ullr boots for adiitional +2 zombies and with the raise zombie gem giving you 3 for a total of 9 zombies.

Behold My Army

Have 60 Minions at the same time.

Get the vaal summon skeletons gem, and set up a 4link setup with Dominating Blow + Melee Splash + Multistrike + Increased Duration. Then go to a low lvl area and start using dominating blow until you get 38+ zombies up then use vaal summon skeletons.

Unique Influence

Equip a Unique Jewel with a radius.

For this achievement you need to equip a unique jewel with a radius. Forexample An energy from within unique jewel gives you +% increased maximum energy shield to skills within the bubble around it. But you only need to equip it in a jewel slot.

Invested with Blood

Reserve 95% or more of your Life.

Reserve 95% or more of your life to get this achievement!

Random / RNG

Identity Corruption

Corrupt an item to have a new implicit mod.
Use a vaal orb on any item for a chance to gain a new implicit mod.

Full Spectrum

Corrupt an item to have a white socket.
Using a vaal orb on any white item may give you a chance for a white socket, with a white socket you can use any colored skill gem in it.

Stranger in a Strange Land

Kill a Rogue Exile in Kaom’s Stronghold.
There is a small chance for a rogue exile to spawn in Kaom’s Stronghold, when he spawns kill him and the achievement should pop. This may or may not take you a long time depending on RNG. A rogue exile will look like another player.

Hostile Territory

Corrupt a map to have eight mods.
Using a vaal orb on a map will give you a small chance for it to generate eight different mods on the map. This may or may not take you a long time depending on RNG.

Dream within a Dream

Have a Unique Map drop within a Unique Map.
For this to pop you need to have a unique map drop while you are in a unique map. Easiest way i found for this is to buy and farm Caer Blaidd, Wolfpack’s Den unique map since the unique boss inside this map drops 4 maps.

Augmentation

Use and orb to change the mods of a Strongbox.

Find a strongbox in a map or other area any strongbox will do, and then use any orb you may have cheapest way is to use an orb of transmutation.

Alchemist’s Stone

Craft a Jewel with four mods using an Orb of Alchemy.

Find any jewel you have use an orb of scouring to remove any mods it may already have and then use an Orb of Alchemy on it, Rinse and repeat until you get four mods on a jewel. Can take you 1000 tries or it can take you 1 it’s all RNG based.

Left to Chance

Create a Unique item using an Orb of Chance.
Using an orb of chance on any white item gives you a chance to turn it into a unique item. This may or may not take you long, I got this after almost 700 hours playing and chancing every time i had spare chance orbs, But it may only take you 1 hour. Heavy RNG achievement and its impossible to predict how many orbs you need or how long it will take. Chance orbs are dropped randomly throuhout the world.

Dream Corruption

Corrupt a map into a Vaal Temple map.
This will only work by corrupting a level 82 (tier 15) or higher map, Use a Vaal orb on a map of tier 15 or higher and hope for the best, alternatively, you can use an orb of scouring and then try again with a Vaal orb if you are low on tier 15 maps. May take you 1 try or may take you a thousand tries.

Beginner’s Luck

Have a Unique Item drop in the Twilight Strand on Normal difficulty.
For this to pop you need to have a unique item drop in the Twillight Strand (the first area you start on when starting the game) Easiest way is to make a new char run straight to hillock and kill him,
if it doesnt drop quit to main menu and start again until it drops. He may drop some rare items with +item rarity equip if you find these as this will increase your chances. This may or may not take you a long time depending on RNG.

Virtue Corruption

Corrupt a skill gem into a Vaal skill gem.
Use a Vaal Orb on a skill gem for a chance for it to turn into a Vaal skill gem.

Imperfections

Corrupt a Unique Jewel into a different Unique Jewel.
Use a Vaal Orb on a unique jewel and there is a small chance it will turn into a different one

Beyond Death

Kill Abaxoth, The End of All That is.
Abaxoth, the End of All That Is is a unique Beyond Demon, so you want to farm beyond map mods for a small chance for him to show up. Also keep an eye on the /820 global chat as some people when they find him will share it.

Warlord

Kill all Warband Leaders.

Well-Connected

Create an item with six linked sockets using an Orb of Fusing.
Possibly one of the worst ones to get along with left to chance. You need to have a six socket weapon or a chest and use an orb of fusing on it for a chance to six link it. Last time i tried this one i wasted 1200 fusings and still did not get it, i have attempted this several times but no luck so far.

Other

Eternal Eclipse

Kill both Lunaris and Solaris in the same encounter.
Luanris and Solaris is the final bosses of Act 8 Can be found inSky Shrine in the center of The Harbour Bridge once the Moon Orb and Sun Orb have been retrieved from Solaris and Lunaris temple. Now once you enter you need to have bothe of them spawn at the same time by using bothe orbs and then kill them. Fighting bothe of them at the same time is a tough fight so be prepared.

Two of a Kind

Equip two unique items with the same name.
Pretty easy to get just equip two of the same uniques, obviously wont work with a two handed or a chestpiece. What i did was equip two of Lifesprig Driftwood Wand They are usually very cheap to buy.

Freedom

Free the Scion.
The scion can be found in a cage in the sceptre of god on the 4th or 5th level. Click on the cage to free her earning you the achievement.

Golden Touch

Open a Large Chest.
This achievement description is kind of confusing as the large chest you may think of chests you find randomly in different zones but this is not the case. You need to open a large chest in either Vaults of Atziri or Acton’s Nightmare map

Geared Up

Equip a Rare or Unique item in every non-Flask slot.
Equip rare (yellow) or unique (orange) in every slot (flask slots dont count) Note! equipping just a two handed wont work, need to fill each slot.

Time Capsule

Open a Vaal Vessel in a corrupted zone.
While playing you may come across a corrupted zone once in there at the end you will find a boss kill the boss and you can open a vaal vessel. You can also use any sacrifice fragment in a map device to enter a corrupted zone.

Elemental Aegis

Have at least 75% resistance to Fire, Cold and Lightning.
To get this you need to have 75 resistance to each element except chaos. Easiest way is to go to your hideout since this is a normal zone. This can be combined with flasks so the easiest way is to have some gear with +to all resists and then use a ruby and sapphire flask.

Raise the Bar

Have at least 90% resistance to any Element.
Pick any elemet you want to have max resists to like forexample fire resistance equip two ruby rings, get gear with + fire resistance and use a ruby flask. Do this in your hideout or any act 1 zones.

Engulfed in Flames

Land the killing blow on the Burning Man while you are burning.
The burning man is a unique boss located in The Crystal Veins. Kill him while you are under fire for this to pop. Careful he might oneshot you depending on your level or gear.

Soothsaying

Hand in a Full Set of Divination Cards to Tasuni.
Sometimes when playing divination cards have a chance to drop, when you have a full stack you can turn them into Tasuni for a reward. By turning them into him the achievement will pop. Tasuni is located in Act 4 Highgate or when you return to highgate later on in the game.

No Loose Ends

Complete each side-quest.
Completing each side quest will get you this achievement. You can go back and finish this one later on in the game as the quest will not dissapear it will make things alittle bit easier considering you have different waypoints etc. Currently working on a guide for this one since much changed since 3.0 launched.

Traitor

Help all three Bandit Lords.
Before the update 3.0 you could finish this by helping each in normal, cruel and hardcore. But now you cant do that. You must either help each in three different playthroughs or you can go back and finish this one later by using an expensive recipe you can use to reset bandit lord and then help the rest. If you want to find out which bandit you helped type /passives.

Defence Against the Darkness

Land the killing blow on the Vaal Oversoul while you have the Fortify Buff active.
Vaal Oversoul is the final boss of Act 2 loacted in The Ancient Pyramid. To get this achievement you need to kill him while you have the Fortify buff active. The fortify buff can be acquired in many ways such as skill gems,skill points, weapons etc. The easiest way is to just use the skill gem “Vigilant Strike” as it grants you fortify buff when using.

Locomancer

Tag each waypoint.
Tag each waypoint in the game, not all of the areas have waypoints but the ones that you may have missed show up on the map as a circle with a small blue dot in them indicating you missed a waypoint here. When you have claimed a waypoint its a fully blue circle and if you hover over it you can travel to that location. An area you have explored that do not have a waypoint will show up on the map as a circle with nothing in it letting you know that there is no waypoint in this area. A questionmark on the map simply means you have not explored this area yet.

Overcharged

Have 15 combined Endurance, Frenzy, and Power Charges active simultaneously.
For a new player this may be abit confusing.
Endurance charges reduced the amount of physical damage taken for the duration its active.
Frenzy charges increases the amount of attack speed you deal for the duration its active.
Power charges increases the amount if intelligence you get for the duration its active.
If you are a new player i highly suggest you read up on each of these charges.

You can get any of these charges through gear, skill gems, ascendancy points, skill points etc.
In this achievement we need to get 15 COMBINED not 15 of EACH charges so this can mean 5 frenzy charges,5 endurance charges, 5 power charges. But you cannot just get 15 endurance charges as atleast 1 from each need to be up. Easiest way to do this one is find a leveling group and this should pop naturally. Heres a video of how i did it solo.

No Stone Unturned

Discover all environmental lore.
By enviromental lore they mean books, statues you may find in different zones.

Maraketh Steel

Equip each Maraketh Weapon type.
Sometimes Maraketh weapons will drop randomly simply equip each one you find and then sell it.

All Ears

Listen to all optional NPC dialogue.
Listening to all optional NPC dialogue will get you this achievement, so that means every npc you encounter you click on all the text. The text will grey out when you have finished talking to them so you know what you have done. You dont have to listen to all of it just click on the text and you are done.

Out of the Gate

Reach level 8 in any Race Event.
Join any race event and simply reach level 8, race events are run quite frequently and reaching level 8 in them is quite easy. But keep in mind this one is unobtainable if there is no race running.

The Labyrinth

The labyrinth is an area which are filled with random traps, and puzzles and you need to complete it to gain Ascendancy points for the Ascendancy tree. You will face izaro 3 times progressing through, if you suceed through the traps and puzzles and fighting izaro 2 times, you will face izaro the last time. If you suceed he will drop key/s depending on how you completed the labyrinth. The keys are used to unlock treasure chests at the end which can drop alot of currency, gear etc, you can also gain powerful enchantments in the treasure room. There are 4 labyrinths to complete normal, cruel, merciless and uber labyrinth, uber is only acessible with an offering of the godess in your map device.

Challenger

Complete the Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league.
Completing the Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league, will get you this achievement.

Leader

Complete the Cruel Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league.
Completing the Cruel Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league, will get you this achievement.

Lord

Complete the Merciless Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league.
Completing the Merciless Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league, will get you this achievement.

Emperor

Complete the Eternal Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league.
Completing the Eternal Labyrinth in a non-Hardcore league will get you this achievement.

Untouchable

Complete the Eternal Labyrinth in a Hardcore league.
Completing the Eternal Labyrinth in a Harcore league will get you this achievement.

Fearless

Finish the Labyrinth in a Hardcore League.
Finish the Labyrinth in a Hardcore League will get you this achievement.

Dauntless

Finish the Cruel Labyrinth in a Hardcore League.
Finish the cruel labyrinth in a Hardcore league will get you this achievement.

Indomitable

Finish Merciless Labyrinth in a Hardcore League.
Finishing The mMerciless Labyrinth in a hardcore league will get you this achievement.

Loyal to the End

Kill argus.
Argus may or may not spawn in the Labyrinth and his location will change each time.

Treasure Hunter

Kill Izaro and have him drop 3 treasure keys.
For izaro to drop 3 keys you have to fight him with all his buffs active.

Ascendancy

Choose an Ascendancy class.
When defeating Izaro you move into the treasure room behind the treasure chests is an altar where you can choose your Ascendancy class.

Maps

Map related achievements.

One small Step

Open a map in the map device and step through its portal.
Pretty easy and you will most likely get this one by simply playing, Just put a map in a mapping device and enter it. If you do not have map device from Zana in your hideout you can travel to The Eternal Laboratory in Act 3 if you forgot to grab a waypoint there, go to The Solaris Temple level 2 the exit to the Laboratory should be in the top right corner of the room. Wtih the introduction of fall of oriath this achievement is pretty much unmissable as you get a map and need to put it in the map device at the end of the storyline.

Apprentice Cartographer

Complete all of white maps on the Atlas.
Just finish all the white maps on the atlas, the easiest way is to just buy the ones you are missing from other players. Finishing the map means killing the boss you do not have to fully clear them. Some maps have no bosses and instead just a chest. in this case opening the chest finishes the map.

Journeyman Cartographer

Complete all of the yellow maps on the Atlas.
Just finish all the yellow maps on the atlas, the easiest way is to just buy the ones you are missing from other players. Finishing the map means killing the boss, you do not have to fully clear them. Some maps have no bosses and instead just a chest. in this case opening the chest finishes the map

Master Cartographer

Complete all of the red maps on the Atlas.
Just finish all the red maps on the atlas, the easiest way is to just buy the ones you are missing from other players. Finishing the map means killing the boss, you do not have to fully clear them. Some maps have no bosses and instead just a chest. in this case opening the chest finishes the map

Atlas of Worlds

Complete every map on the Atlas.
Complete every single map on the Atlas this includes unique maps, and all the guardians.

New World Order

Upgrade a map with a Shapers Orb.
For this achievement you need to upgrade a map with a shapers orb, Shapers orb drops in different specific maps when you complete a map in a specific way. Press “G” ingame to open up the atlas and on the map you can see purple moving circles around different maps. If you hover over them you can see it tells you to complete this map in a specific way for a shapers orb to drop.
When you have a shapers orb use it on a map that is eligible for this achievement to pop.

Breachlord

Kill every Breachlord.
Everytime you complete a breach you get fragments if you collect enough you can put them in a map device to fight a breachlord. You need to kill every one of them there are 5 of them and you can track this ingame by pressing “H” and navigating to the achievements tab.

Ruler of the Court

Defeat the Pale Council.
The Pale Council are four endgame bosses, located in the Pale Court. To get to the Pale Court you need four map fragments that you can only obtain from completing certain prophecy chains. Put four of these in your map device and you are able to get to the Pale Court.

Throughout the game Silver coins will drop randomly, by talking to navali you will get the option of seeking a prophecy however she takes 1 silver coin for each prophecy you seek. The prophecies work like this, you seek a prophecy you complete them and possible get a reward depending on the prophecy you get. There are currently 209 prophecies ingame think of them like challenges in different games. Now there are certain prophecys that we refer to as chains, these are the ones you need to complete to get four map fragments for this achievement. Chains are prophecys you need to complete 5 different times, for example if you get the prophecy “The Feral Lord” when you have completed it you then have finished part 1 and need to keep visiting navali to get “The Feral Lord” Part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5. You can only progress through it one part at a time so when you complete one part the next part comes avaible. Despite all this the easy way is to just buy the map fragments and you dont have to do any of this, but keep in mind the map fragments are pricy.

• Eber’s Key you get by completeing the The Plaguemaw prophecy chain.
• Inya’s Key you get by completing Unbearable Whispers prophecy chain.
• Volkuur’s Key you get by completing The Unbreathing Queen prophecy chain.
• Yriel’s Key you get by completing The Feral Lord prophecy chain.

Grandmaster

Complete the Hall of the Grandmasters.
Hall of the Grandmasters is a unique map named “Hall of Grandmasters.
Promenade Map” simply completing this will get you the achievement. If one won’t drop for you there is a slight chance a level 8 forsaken master will sell it to you for 10 chaos orbs. The easiest way is to buy them from other players.

Sacrifice of the Vaal

Kill Atziri in the Alluring Abyss.
The Alluring Abyss otherwise known as Uber Atziri is an area only accessible if you have 4 Vaal fragments put together in a map device. You need:
Mortal Grief, Mortal Rage, Mortal Hope, Mortal Ignorance. The mortal vaal fragments are only dropped randomly in The Apex of Sacrifice when fighting regular Atziri. If you have trouble acquiring these you can simply buy them from other players. If you struggle with fighting Atziri you can always get an uber Atziri carry for the achievement there are always people willing to carry.

Dream Enrichment

Enhance a map with a Vaal fragment.
Very easy simply put any map you want to run along with any vaal fragment like Sacrifice at Dusk, Sacrifice at Midnight, Sacrifice at Dawn or Sacrifice at Noon. This will give you 5% increased quantity in that map and the achievement should pop.

Releaser of Souls

Kill the Eater of Souls in the Core end-game map.
Just kill eater of souls located in a Core Map, Core map is lvl 82 and tier 15. If you don’t have it you can buy it from other players.

Unforgettable

Find all of the shapers memory fragments.
You need to find all of the shapers memory fragments scattered through maps, they are random and you will most likely get many of the same, You can track this ingame by pressing “H” and navigating to the achievements tab.

Decimation

Complete a map area that is affected by 10 or more mods. This can include mods from Sextants and other mods that are not on the map item.
Completing a map that is affected by 10 or more mods this can be done with sextants or by vaal orb on a map for a chance of more mods etc.

Shaper of Worlds

Kill the Shaper.

Forsaken Masters

When playing you will encounter different Forsaken Masters with an exclamation mark above their head. these will be random in almost every zone you enter and who will appear will be random each time. The quests will be different depending on which master you encounter, When you have done enough quests and have gotten one of them to level 3 you have the option to take them back to your hideout, where they will give you a daily quest to complete each day.

All in a day`s Work

Complete a Forsaken Master`s daily mission.
Complete any Forsaken Master`s daily mission, To get a daily mission you need to have gotten any of them to level 3 and have them in your hideout. They will then be able to offer you 1 daily mission each day. You can also look for other players wishing to share the daily mission, achievement will still pop even if it’s not yours.

The Forsaken Masters

Level 7 Forsaken masters to their maximum level.
This will take you some time as you can only complete 1 daily quest each day, and if you are lucky find a few of them in maps/zones. The fastest way to level them all up is to use the 820 chat in game.
Type in /global 820 and every day people are forming rotations where they form a group of 5 with an unfinished daily from for example Haku and then they do each one, that way you get to do 5 daily quests each day. Also, keep an eye on the chat as people also share the daily they have. Also if you have a friend that plays it will be useful if he shares the ones he find with you when he is doing maps etc and you do the same back. And no dont worry you dont have to level Leo (thank the gods).

Pantheon

Deicide

Kill a god and obtain their power.
Killing any of the gods will automaticly obtain their power. To activate the power you press Y and select which one you want.

Deadly Sins

Obtain every Pantheon power.
This achievement will unlock once you have obtained every Pantheon power. See the list below just note that for this achievement you only need to obtain the pantheon power once not fully upgrade it.

Omnipotent

Fully upgrade every god power.
This achievement will unlock once you have fully upgraded every god power, to upgrade a god power you need to put a divine vessel in alongside the corresponding map in youre map device and kill the boss.

Essence

Essence Corruption

Corrupt an Essence monster with a Remnant of Corruption.
When playing through the game you will sometimes come across essences these are big blue crystal looking like they are trapped inside ice. if you click on them enough times an essence boss with mobs come out. When you kill the boss there is a chance for a Remnant of Corruption to drop. If you take this with you and use it on the next Essence you see there is a small chance a rare and powerful essence will drop. This achievement will pop once you use a Remnant of Corruption on an essence monster.

Quintessence

Kill a monster that is under the influence of five essence mods.
For this achievement you need to kill a monster that is under the influence of five essence mods. When you touch an essence random monsters with buffs come out. For this you need to kill a monster that comes out of the essence with five mods on them. Should get this relatively easy if you keep opening essences.
