Overview

In this guide you will find a brief overview of the different bobble head locations in the game. These bobble heads are small decorative items hidden near the Staxel town centre.

Staxel - Bobblehead Easter Egg Guide

So far there is no practical purpose to hunting down all of these secret miniature heads – except the fun of putting them all over your cozy farmhouse fireplace as decoration!

The bobble heads can be found both in creative and normal mode.

All you need is:

  • A pickaxe to remove stone
  • A hammer to remove blocks/furniture
  • A stack of dirt or similar blocks to use as pillars/climbing help to reach difficult areas

As with other placeable items, you can break bobbleheads by left-clicking the item with a hammer.

To reach some of the spawn locations you need access to hidden areas. I recommend building dirt pillars e.g. where you need to access a roof – you can build them while standing on them and pressing jump, and once you’re done they can be easily removed simply by digging out the bottom block again.

Callum Bobble Head

Staxel - Bobblehead Easter Egg Guide

The Callum Bobble Head can be found underneath a small pile of rocks near the town square in the centre of the Staxel village.

The pile of rocks will spawn near one of the corners of the central square. Note that the exact location can be slightly randomised depending on your seed, and you may see different buildings in the background.

Simply grab a pickaxe and remove the surrounding stone! The Callum Bobble Head is in the middle of the pile, surrounded by rock on the ground level.

Make your way to the attic: either build a dirt pillar on the outside of the building to climp on top of the roof, or use the stairs inside the building to access the upper level and remove parts of the ceiling to climb through:

The bobble head is hidden in a bush in front of the building, so you don’t need to go inside. Instead, facing the front entrance turn left and head along the wall until you get to the corner of the building.

Staxel - Bobblehead Easter Egg Guide

The Joe Bobble Head can be found in the attic of the town hall near the town hall clock.

Locate the town hall near the centre square. It’s the big white brick building you start in when you start a new game, with mayor Maximilian spending most of his day here.

Staxel - Bobblehead Easter Egg Guide

Make your way to the attic by building a dirt pillar outside of the building, jumping onto the roof and then breaking in through the roof tiles. Alternatively, build a dirt pillar inside the building, then break and climb through the ceiling.

The attic is split into several different rooms, with different types of crates stacked against the walls. Find a door that leads you to a back room – you’re now behind the big town hall clock. Inside you’ll see lots of desk clocks on crates, with the stack to the right hiding the bobble head.
