Go to C:Users*User*DocumentsMy GamesOctopath_TravelerConfigWindowsNoEditor

Open GameUserSettings.ini with a text editor of your choice.

Add FrameRateLimit=xxx somewhere below [/script/engine.gameusersettings].

Replace xxx with your desired framerate.
