Hollow Knight – How to Farm Geo (Money)

This guide explains geo (money) farming in Hollow Knight.

Requirements

• Found Leg eater NPC.
• Rest at the leg eater bench.
• Has 80 geo starting fee.
• Has 250 for fragile greed.

Leg Eater

Leg eater is found near the queens station and just below the Forgotten crossroads.

He will request a shop opening fee of around 80 geo first.

Fragile greed

Leg eater sells the Fragile greed charm that will brake on death but grants more geo per death.

So basically more money a kill for 250 geo.

Trust me it’s worth it!

If you do die you can get it repaired.

Geo Farm

From the Leg eater NPC exit and head down towards the long bridge like structure with the acid pits. It’s only a few jumps down from the Leg eater.

Head into the door towards the left.

• You’ll be in a green like area with a large mushroom.
• Simply kill it for 58 geo a pop.

Note: Make sure the charm is equipped at the leg eater bench!

Press escape and quit out to the main menu.

Then re enter the game. This resets the mushroom guy.

Rinse and repeat until you have the amount you want.

Recap

• Find Legeater and rest at bench.
• Pay starting fee.
• Buy geo charm.
• Put on charm.
• Head down and enter left.
• Kill mushroom for 56 geo.
• Exit to main menu.
• Re-enter and repeat.
