Artifact Seeker – How to Transfer Saves (Save File Location)

Save File Location

If you want to save your progress or transfer it to another device / PC then this guide will help you. Your Artifact Seeker save files are located in the following folder:

C:\Users(Your Account)\AppData\LocalLow\lynkpin\ArtifactSeeker\SaveDir .

Whenever you have access to a file, copy it and paste it someplace else for storage. We have a folder on our desktop for backup saves. This makes sure you always have a fresh save available in case anything becomes corrupted.

How to Transfer Your Saves

The game changed my (what I am calling) “profile ID” … I figured overwriting the saves would work but instead you need to copy the save file you want into the folder listed above, then copy they current save file name, delete it, and paste the name into the file you want to be the save file…

So, for example

Current save: BAxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.sav
Save you want: 0Cxxxxxxxxxxx.sav

Paste the “save you want” into the folder and change the file name to the “current save”.

Now the save you want will be – BAxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.sav and it works.
