• Open Steam
• Rightclick on Cities Skylines 2
• Select Properties
• Insert into startup parameters without ” “
• ” Cities2.exe %command% “
• Exit this windows and start the game

Dont forget to uninstall Paradox Launcher, as it runs in background.
