Here is the compiled list of all voice commands you can say in game. Some have different variations that work but fall under the same command.
Spirit Box / Ouija Board / Ghost
- Where are you?, Are you here?
- Can you talk?, Are you friendly?
- What is your name?
- When did you die?
- Are you here?, Are you close?
- Do you respond?, Are you shy?
- How old are you?
- Give us a sign.
- Goodbye.
- Blow out the candle.
- Swearing: F**k, F**ker, B**ch, And Mother F**ker
Secret / Easter Egg
- Piano.
- See you.
- Beer.
- Volcano.
- Call me.
- Lust.
- Smile.
- Victoria.
- Banshee.
- Crazy.
- Romero.
- Bloody Mary (x3)
- Anger.
- Limbo.
- Ball.
- Magna.
- Dream.
- Nigntmare.
I will not include locations for the Secret/Easter Egg locations as you should find these one your own.

There is no “See you” and “Nightmare” voice commands. Probably these have been removed.
I actually got ghosts draw on the canvas just by themselves. It doesn’t matter how many people in the room. One time they just doodled as soon as I put it on the ground. I guess its just an annoying RNG of angering the ghost and waiting
